Worst shipping company in the world. I ordered something on Nov 2022 and today I am receiving my order. When I called numerous times, I was informed that weather was the issue. Sorry, but weather doesn't last 20 straight days to ship my order. I called XPO in St. Louis where my shipment was shipped to, and the person told me my order was lost in the warehouse. The only positive was Mandy at that warehouse would go look for it. The next day she told me they found it. If I didn't reach out to them directly I would of never got my product. I would not recommend ever shipping with them. It even gets worse with our local XPO. Just horrible.

If I could give a lower rating it would be more accurate. I bought a propane refrigerator and stove being delivered through xpo logistics. I called the morning of pickup to verify the products were there, I was told they were ready for pickup. When we got there, the stove had been misplaced somewhere between Las Vegas and Sparks. Then 3 days later when the item was located we got a call to pick it up and when we got there it was severely damaged! I would never use this company!

We've been waiting over 3 months for a sofa to be delivered, so here comes the day of delivery. Our time window was 8:45am-10:45am so I took the day off work to accept the delivery. 10am rolls around and I get a call from XPO telling me the delivery truck is in the shop being looked at. Apparently they only have one truck?? Now we have to wait another 2 weeks for our sofa. We'll see what happens when that day comes. Maybe I'll update with a better review. For now I'm not impressed.

XPO managed to break the gas valve when installing a new washer and dryer as well as damaging the units. Paid them for install and then had to pay professional to fix what they broke plus suffered from inhaling gas until problem was diagnosed. No response when I attempted to reach out to the company. XPO put my entire family at risk and I would give 0 stars if I could.

Once again, XPO failed to deliver! They have had a $700 big screen monitor ordered for Teams business meetings since 11/16/21. Their scheduled delivery of 12/21 came and went with zero contact. Today they are telling me that due to the distance of 201 miles, they can't schedule my delivery. This is the 4th time we have had issues with their poor service, poor customer service and utter lack of delivery.

To outside carriers/truck drivers… This place is like UPS, they trash the trailer when I’m loading and don’t clean it out. I’m never going to do another load that comes here ever. Disgusting.

Fast service, easy change from home delivery to facility pickup after my tractor broke and I would be unable to unload. Forklift operator patiently waited while I inspected the shipment.

SADLY, XPO is the delivery partner for Macy's Furniture in RenO/Sparks. As of today, two completely missed appointments with NO call from them to say hi, we're running late. Just crickets.Two weeks apart, two delivery appoinments completely missed, NO CALL NO SHOW?XPO Tracking app kept showing delivery soon, then showing truck onsite after 6PM, when the appointment was for 11-1. Pretty sketchy.You are better off renting a moving truck and doing it yourself. No joke.

Too many empty shelves was not able to get items that were on my list. It has been that way for over a month but items were in the back stacked and not moving to the shelves. Should not have to by online like to see in person!
