RXO was really on top of it! Kept us informed and was right on with the delivery time. The young men were so helpful and went over and above with their care for us “old folks”! Service like it used to be!! They made sure our double oven was in perfect shape before they left!!! Thank you!!

I live in a rural area so I was surprised when I got a call asking if I wanted my washer and dryer delivered 5 days earlier than planned. Yes! Driver called shortly after the earliest delivery time and was by himself. He didn’t accept any help, was extremely polite, and did a wonderful job. The installation and removal were on the second floor! We were extremely impressed!! This is the second or third experience I’ve had ordering appliances from Costco and receiving via XPO and each time I’ve been completely satisfied.

The loveseat arrived as scheduled with timely professional updates. It was in great shape without any damage. In addition, the two men went above and beyond the required by taking it out of the shipping container and set it up inside the living room. I cannot say how much I appreciate the service and help that RXO and the delivery team did for me. Thank you, thank you, thank you.

Terrible experience from the scheduling of the delivery to the online chat bot to the eventual call center. I would ask who preforms final mile delivery prior to purchase of anything freight. As of now the product that was promised for deliver on 13th will not come out till 27th. And if that fails it will be the following month on 10th. They confirmed it is located in a distribution hub 50 miles from my address but cannot be bothered to deliver for 2 weeks and will not allow me to pick it up. So our customer will suffer needlessly hoping they do not push it yet again. Worst customer experience

They delivered my new flat screen TV I bought from Amazon. It was a struggle but worth it. Took many calls to finally get RXO and Amazon on the same page as to delivery type. RXO had this as a "Threshold" or base delivery while Amazon had it as "Inside entryway". There seems to be some confusion regarding delivery definitions. I hope both parties get this ironed out so others don't have to do what I had to do to get this resolved.Anyway, RXO brought it into the house rather than leaving at the front door . Unit was unpacked, checked for damage and plugged it to make sure it worked. Checked out OK. Good job!

RXO delivered our fridge immediately following a snow storm. They arrived a few minutes early, and prompt removed the old fridge and installed the new one in fifteen minutes. Great service. They delivered when they said they would even with a snow storm, and they communicated when they would arrive. Thank you!

Really impressed with the professionalism and consideration of the RXO staff in the communication, delivery, and setup of my Peloton this morning. The communication leading up was super convenient, the delivery was right on time and didn't eat into my workday, and the guys who delivered and set up the bike were so kind, gentle, and communicative. 10/10 would recommend and will use them in the future. Excellent service, even during the stressful holiday season!

Amazing service! They came even though it was snowy and the roads were sketchy! They setup my Peloton and cleaned up all within 30mins. Very professional. I would recommend them to anyone!
