I never stayed.. there was no one at the front desk. So I called but they wouldn't help me over the phone to book a room, but they said they had rooms available for me to book online. But then when I went to book a room through reservations online, they said they were sold out.The front desk staff is just the rudest I have ever dealt with in my life.I most certainly will NOT ever try to book here again. I dont even want to put this as a 1 star.. I actually want to give a -5 star review. Horrible. Just horrible..

Shady and rude front office workers and management. I Went to work they moved everything and went through all my stuff and blamed it on me and my landlord for not extending soon enough even though it was an open ended agreement signed to begin with. My valuables were taken out of my bag and placed in a different spot so they were obviously up to no good.

My sister is staying not me but so far she has had a good experience.. They upgraded her room. The staff isn't always at the front desk but is available by phone. I believe management lives in the building. Super easy access to the freeway I-80. Works as transitional housing or if you are an out of town worker. Clean, don't tolerate noise, drugs or mischief. Mid range prices.

Checked in, friendly lady (Jeanette), she said she was new. I booked a two queen bed room. When I got to my room, it was a one queen bed with pull out sofa. Not what I booked! I went back to the front desk and spoke with the manager (Dizzy). She said it was considered a two queen with the sofa. Again, not what I booked. There is a difference between both room. She said they were booked so pretty much leave me with no choice. She then asked if I would like linen for the sofa?! Really?! I waited for about ten min to get linen. She left and did not come back. She sent the new girl to give me the linen. Again, not the new girls fault. But the manager had very poor customer service.

I have stayed here for a month while apartment hunting. I’m going to attempt to give a fair review. It’s not been the best, it’s not been the worst. I’ll start with the good. The staff have all been awesome! Friendly front desk has been helpful with check in and trading out towels and sheets. You don’t get housekeeping so this is important. Maintenance was up in my room within 5 minutes of reporting my AC wasn’t working. He figured out the problem and fixed it quickly. The parking lot is well lit and ample for guests. There is a Wendy’s and a convenience store within walking distance. Across the street is more fast food. Nearby the “Legends” for shopping eating and movies. Right off I-80.Now the negative side. If you are a pet owner this is a place that will allow you to have your pets. Unfortunately the sheer number of dogs and cats within the building creates a smell rather like a kennel or a vets office. We see them cleaning and vacuuming and they have air fresheners in the hall. It doesn’t help. I get it. I ran a hotel myself for years that allowed pets. The way around this is to limit the rooms that allow pets and keep them together on the same floor. Dog owners don’t notice dog smell. Non pet owners definitely notice. Not only that, but certain guests (like me and my husband) are allergic. It’s been hard on our allergies, but we knew there would be dogs. The rooms are small, don’t expect hotel amenities. There’s some soap and lotion when you move in but it’s small and cheap smelling. But this is an extended stay, you probably have your own stuff. What they don’t have in the room is anything for the kitchenette. I read the reviews and expected this and brought some of my own stuff. At extended stay America they let you check out kitchenware. They have some things for sale, but you can buy better quality kitchenware for less at any of the Walmart or Target stores. When you stay for a month or more you have forced housekeeping every 2 weeks. You cannot refuse them entry and you also can’t be in the room. I found this to be exceptionally invasive and I am a very tidy person (I traveled with cleaning supplies). The housekeepers are awkward and said they wouldn’t come in because I might “attack them”. I’m a married female. I just didn’t wanna have to leave my “home” and was honestly surprised at being kicked out of my room. I went downstairs to the gym and walked it off on the treadmill for half an hour and they were done. They didn’t even clean the shower so I don’t know why they had to come in and make our bed and change the towels. Seems more likely they’re spies for management to make sure you are following the rules. This brings me to my final negative point. I understand the no smoking/vaping policy and I appreciate it. I also understand that applies to cannabis smoking and vaping. But to go as far as to say you can be kicked out for having cannabis smells on your clothing is overkill. I’m grown and cannabis is legal. I felt like a bad teenager with my body spray and mints after vaping cannabis away from the hotel. Smoking outside in public areas is illegal, but if I smoke at a friend’s house and then come back to my hotel I haven’t committed a crime! Saying that you can’t even smell like cannabis is way beyond a violation of your guest’s freedom. There was a review that said this place feels like a halfway house and to be honest I agree. I’ve never been more sober than I have in this month considering I’m not a drinker. I followed the rules but I didn’t like it.If you know ahead of time the rules and pitfalls of this place, and you are staying for a month or more this isn’t a bad place to start your new life in town or handle your business. But if you are passing through or on vacation I wouldn’t recommend it. Most people here are long term residents or construction workers.Walkability: You can walk but it’s a very busy intersection right off the highway.

This is a newer and clean hotel however I was very unimpressed. For $140 a night it was the most bare bones hotel I have ever been to. Absolutely zero amenities in the room that contains a full kitchen. Not even a fork. All you get is a bed, chair, tv, some hangers, soap, TP and 2 plastic cups. If you want kitchen supplies you have to buy them from the front office for a ridiculous price. No complimentary breakfast either. For a comparison you can stay at Home 2 Suites in a suite for the same price or less. You get far more amenities. Various kitchen supplies, housekeeping AND a complimentary hot breakfast everyday.

I have never in my life been treated like this. I checked in on Monday night stayed there and when I returned on Tuesday night there were people in my room !! When I went to the front desk they told me I was wrong and I was in a different room... Under further research they had put someone else in my room removed my personal belongings, all with out checking with me although I had the room paid in advance for the 4 night stay. The best part was they threw away my large well marked medication dispenser..... When I asked for help ti find it I was told it had been thrown away and the dumpster was emtied twice a day... I went to the dumpster and it was full, I asked for help and was told, " you will get a full refund, but we won't help you in any way.....I dug threw the dumpster and finally found my medications.ABSOLUTELY UNBELIEVABLE !!!The manager is one of the rudest people I have ever dealt with,If you would like to hear the total story you will be shocked, this is the condensed version. You can reach out to me and I would more than happy to share.ABSOLUTELY MIND BOGGLING.Don916-717=8613Noteworthy details: The absolute worst experience I have had with any hotel..

This is a pet friendly hotel, so the smells in the room are not the best! Also the a.c. in my room did not work properly it made noises all night. The water in the tub goes down the drain slowly. And the wifi is very very slow. Also you need to take out your trash at check out.

If I could give a negative number I would. Stayed in my room one night and returned on the second night to find someone else in my room. When I questioned it. I basically was told I was wrong !!!! After chasing around for 45 minutes magically my clothes appeared, my bag had been gone through and none of my medicatios or personals were to be found, as this evolved I finally had to go dig through the dumpster with no help from these useless dishonet people to find my medications thrown away. Who on God's green earth is stupid enough to throw away someones meds in a clearly marked dispenser. UNBELEIVABLE I have never had an experience like this in my whole life..... The RUDEST, INCONCIEVABLY IGNORANT SERVICE I've ever had in my life. The manager offered a refund, but absolutely would not help me recover any of my things in any fashion.DO NOT EVER STAY AT THIS FACILITY IF YOU"R SMART.

We stayed there for a week while we found a home. The rooms have kitchenettes, but no coffee maker, not a single dish or pan or silverware. You can purchase for an outrageous amount of $. Or drive to Target down the street and get the same if not better for 1/3 the cost. The microwave light was out the entire time. We asked for a new bulb.. guess it wasn't important. The windows are paper-thin, so you hear every bit of traffic. Right next to the highway. And most of the people staying there get up super early to go to work, so you hear their cars in the parking lot. Definitely no frills. But just as pricey if you were to stay in a LaQuinta. Only there you get breakfast and coffee. The floors are thin as well and it sounds like people above you are moving furniture all night long.. You get one towel one wash cloth per person and can exchange only from 4-7 pm. No trash pickup, you have to take it to the dumpster yourself. And the trash bags may or may not make it there. (made from the same paper-thin material as the rest of the place) oh and there's a maid there that stares you down and creeps you out!

Great Staff, very friendly and helpful. The whole place is clean and if there is an issue with anything they handle it promptly. Highly recommend and will be staying there again in about a week. Thank you to all the staff for making our stays enjoyable and pleasant.
