Horrible experience Be aware of the smell the Pine-Sol smell is so intense you can hardly breathe. Several people staying there were complaining about how they were going to get the smell out, staff was rude! Didn’t have the room that they told us they were going to have for us my husband’s disabled and needed disabled room when we got there they said they were out of disabled rooms. That is not acceptable! They told us we can go find a room someplace else, but the day of prices really go up so we ended up going to grand Sierra, which we love anyway!
Rooms: Besides the Pine-Sol smell the rooms are very low budget

Very friendly and helpful staff. When we walked into our room, we were hit with a horrendous Pine-sol smell. It was so strong that our eyes started to burn. The floor was sticky but not with dirt and grime but with undiluted Pin-sol. We had to open the windows and leave the room. When we came back later, the smell was still there but not as strong. We were on the bottom floor, and the windows didn't have any security measures on them, so we didn't feel keeping them open while we slept. Other than that, the room was OK. One thing I thought that was funny was that the hotel asked you to take out your own trash to the dumpster outside when checking out. ??♂️

They only give 3 small pillows on a bed they remained me of a travel pillow with no stuffing...we were next to the stairs so everytime someone used them the door slammed and woke me up. They only have blinds on the window so the lights from the parking lot shined in. there was so much pinesol on the floor it was sticky and the smell was horrible. I will not stay there again. They did have a full kitchen shock I didn't need.

I've been staying at WoodSpring Suites in Sparks, Nevada, for years, during the air races and it continues to be my top choice for accommodation. The hotel consistently provides a clean, comfortable, and reasonably priced experience that is hard to beat. I will note I have always slept with ear plugs and eye mask so I do recommend that for light sleeprs.
One of the standout features of this hotel is its exceptional employees. Special mentions go to Dizzy and Jeanette, who always go above and beyond to ensure we have a pleasant stay. Their friendly demeanor makes all the difference, and they truly make you feel at home.
WoodSpring Suites is particularly geared towards people with longer stays, often working in the area. Despite the hardworking nature of the guests, everyone I've encountered has been friendly and considerate, contributing to a welcoming environment.
Overall, if you're looking for a reliable, comfortable, and well-maintained place at an unbeatable price, then this is your place

If you prefer to not sleep then I highly recommend room 103. It is next door to an exit door that slams so hard that your room will shake each time it slams, waking you up from a dead sleep over and over again all night long, even with a white noise machine on. We were startled awake at least 20 times in one night. If this is not your preference then I recommend a room far from any exit door. The walls are thin, you can hear what’s going on in the rooms as you walk by. And there was no iron in the room which might be helpful to be aware of.

Close to highway 80 chikfila and a bunch of other restaurants less than a mile back. The people at the front desk are really helpful and professional.

Very slow service at checkout. The rooms are very basic and the walls are thin so that you could hear everything going on in the hallway and rooms next to you. Mostly full of male construction workers. However the location is very convenient. I will not be staying here again

If you're a student that doesn't want to live in a dorm---this might be the place for you. Otherwise, if you're looking for a nice comfortable stay while you're travelling---this is definitely not the place. First of all, the advertised price is not what you pay. The price advertised is for long term stay, so you'll pay about $100 for a night. Second, the vibe is quite creepy, it doesn't look welcoming.
The walls are very thin. We drove all day and wanted a good night's rest. We could hear the neighbors listening to music all night, and other noises.
But the worst part. Was the plumbing.
Upon arrival, we used the toilet, and immediately it barely flushed. After another use, it got clogged. And there are no public restrooms on site. There is no restroom in the fitness center. I went to what I thought to be a public restroom, but the door was locked, so I waited and knocked. After about 5 minutes a man told me this restroom is only for staff. I asked if I can use it because ours is clogged, he went up to our room and plunged our toilet.
But the next time we used it it got clogged again.
When we were checking out there was no one at the front desk--the front desk window was closed. However we could hear people in the other side discussing Ukraine and world problems---but definitely not the poor state of their own building. So we couldn't even let anyone know about the clogged toilet before we left.
Overall horrible experience.

Everything was great during my stay. Room, kitchen area and bathroom were very clean. Very quiet, no one bothered me which I loved. The staff was great! My only issue was the bed...not very comfortable but for the price it's ok...I still got sleep!!!

0/10 Pubic Hairs and Boogers in my room along with a lazy rude supervisor that didn't seem to care.
I booked a room for one night. When we arrived, they checked us in and when we went to the room it was someone's room. Yes we walked in on them.. We apologized and went back to the front desk. The very kind woman up front, apologized and said her system messed up and gave us a new room. We went into the room, and it was gross.. pubic hairs and regular hair all over the comforter, boogers stuck to walls, yes there was a booger stuck to the wall near the lamp. I went back to the front deck, and requested a refund. The front desk woman was very nice and said the supervisor should be able to do it because something about she refunded a guy from online because after he smoked pot outside he smelled like pot and didn't want that smell in her hallway. Because i had booked through an online service the supervisor refused my refund and told me to contact the online service. I called them and they said they could only refund if the hotel would email saying that they were canceling the reservation and it needed to be done that night. The supervisor refused because she was not on the clock. Fine and dandy, your not on the clock, have your employee do it. The online place would not refund because it was not stated that night it was cancelled by them.
