Complaining about my recycling bin that just open alil and not picking it up... come on we pay are bill to do your simple job please dont Complain if just open a little inches....

This site is not open to the public for recycling of any kind. You must go to the Sutro transfer station. I had bagster. I cslled many times for them to pick it up. They woukd just hang up on me. When I finally successfully accomplished a pick up date. They never picked it up. Charged me $50 service fee. All because I didn't sign a waiver that I was never informed about. Jerks so rude on the phone
