The casino is great I want a little bit of money but I did not like the customer service they said the drinks are free and they are but after my first drink they said I had to wait 1 hour for the next drink I was shocked when I heard that and the lady who served me was a very old lady and very short you can't miss her it's the only old lady that I seen in the front

Avoid this place. I got refused service when i entered with my service dog because the bartender guy with a beard and African American manager backing up the Bartenders claim of me being intoxicated. I had only had 2 rounds with the previous shift. It had been hours after making dinner and watching a movie in my truck. Took a 34-hour restart here, thinking i was gonna be able to have some drinks. Completely sober got turned away. Discrimination 100 percent. They refused to give me their names. So disappointed in reno as it's my first time driving through here. If i were you pick a different location

This truck stop is always a joy to go to.. convenient clean warm showers convenient store with yummy food and appliances you need and the casino is great the vibe is amazing and it may be small but don't let it full you it pulls off everything great things come in small packages....

Busy for a Sunday but a good experience. Felt bad for the one lady working. Doing everything alone, but she was an amazing person.

The staff at Sierra seeds play customers against each other and staff against staff I recently was 86 for no reason other than somebody asking me to earn points on their card for them which is very common amongst everybody in the Sierra's casino not only did they 86 me with no warning other than why are you playing with somebody else's car and your machine and I said I didn't know it was against the rules but since it is I in 20 minutes later they came and told me that I'm 86 from the property and I cannot come back no more I believe that this specifically is where has been done to me because somebody has a personal vendetta against me and don't want me there otherwise I would have just been given a warning like everybody else instead they take it to the most extreme measure and permanently kick me out I spend a lot of money in the casino and there's no reason I should be treated that way I was getting 75.00 a week and free play I feel like you guys took that away from me and kicked me out for no reason other than a personal staff member and their discriminating on people because she don't get what she wants when she wants it I hope that you can reconsider this 86 and allow me to come back and speak to you about other issues that really need to be addressed

Nice place to relax decent restrooms very clean the gambling area is relaxing there's a bar there the machines pay well just the overall good place to stop I never miss it.

Cindy the manager is so nice and is really ez to talk to and I enjoy her services lol. The games are all new now I wish they would have kept some of the old games were better but every casino is going in that direction.
