Terrible service and terrible bank in general. The lines are always long and they move extremely slow.
I recently closed my accounts due to the fees, you're better off banking at a local credit union in town because they usually have zero fees.
Wells Fargo never again.

This location is a dumpster fire. They have three ATMs which are ALWAYS broken or out of cash. Avoid this location.

Terrible service , the manager Maria DOES NOT have the knowledge, professionalism, respect for all customers . Her priority was chatting with a specific customer about customer’s vacation , which conversation can be heard inside the entire lobby. Every customers deserves attention, fast service and respect I’m not coming back to this location, very unprofessional staff. Maria should be remove from that position this is not the first time . I’m planning toChange banks due to this terrible experience .

I'm extremely disappointed. I was a victim of identity theft and this location was dismissive and not helpful. I thought with me getting robbed they would be more helpful.... No I was to go to the app and make an appointment. I'm a business owner and can't just take a number so I can be robbed blind lol.

Long lines, they still limit how much coins you can get while other location will give you as much as you want, was told i was only able to get $20 in quarters, while the guy in front of me was able to get $60, and i know he didnt have a business account. All the tellers need to be on the same page, save ourself a headache go somwhere esle.

Disappointed with today. We had an appointment for 12:30 PM. We arrived on time, let one of the workers know that we were there and then we sat and waited for a banker to come out. After waiting 15 minutes, my son went up to the window and asked what had happened, because now it was 12:45 PM. The lady looked up our appointment, again, the manager came over... She went over to a background and came back out and said the guy was on his lunch break and that he would be right out. So, I understand Covid has caused a lot of crap, but to have as weak while the banker took a break I believe is not right. Should not be giving appointments out during lunchtime? Not sure what has been going on with the banks lately. I have been with Welsfargo for near 30 years, and never had this happen to me before. Once the banker came out, everything went well. He was polite and friendly. He was definitely apologetic. And he took really good care of us. Personally, I like the guy. But this is a professional visit, not a personal one... The previous week, I had an appointment for Friday, and it was canceled through the email. I did not get notification in time and showed up and they were's just no one available to help my son get a teen checking account.

This is the worse bank I have ever been to.love my bank been there for years lack of tellers and the manager in stead of jumping in to help just stands by the door we are not stupid if it's packed we wait in line and one man working to open or ask question about your account you have to make a apptment 2 weeks out there useless should close that branch the one on Sullivan and oldie

Worst wells Fargo branch in town. They still have people waiting in long lines outside with masks. We are a year into this plandemic. If we were all gonna die it would have already happened. Stop with the NONSENSE!
