Horrible horrible customer service!!! I had an appointment with so-called Ana, the banker. When I arrived on-time, she was with clients. I over heard them chatting and laughing and I waited there for 50 minutes!! Once the clients left, she came up to me and said give me 2 minutes and guess what she did? She picked up the phone and started singing “happy birthday “. I was so mad!! Obviously this person does not care about customers. Lady you are working and shouldn’t be on personal calls! What is the effen point of making a stupid appointment!! I can understand waiting 15 mins., but almost an hour?? This is ridiculous. I will never go back to this branch. Ana needs training on customer skills!

The workers are very friendly and professional, the wait was not bad at all and I been with Wells Fargo for over 5 years now.

It's a 50/50 shot whether this ATM will be able to give receipts or not. Showing up less than 2 hours after closing and it's already out of receipt paper again? Sounds like the bank management can't be bothered to check if there's enough paper before leaving for the day.

This is the best wellsfargo in town, they always give me as many coins and change as I need while other locations limit you. The lines are also not really long so the wait time is not bad.

I almost lost my temper!!!! Really really! Just open a checking account, cost her almost 2 hours! I don't want say her name. She keeps making mistakes! Hate that place, not professional at all.

I just opened an account with the Wells Fargo branch on McCarran in Sparks, Nv. I visited several different banks and I found WF has the best customer service and their account options suited me the best. Banks today are very competive, but, are also looking to make a profit. The workforce is depleted and good employees are hard to find. Appointments are manditory for new checking accounts as the government regulations require an hour to comply with identification rules. I had issues too, but the New Checking agent, Ana, took the time to help me sort everything out. I don't love every aspect of my account, but with people like Ana I believe we can find a way to meet my banking needs. PS I also got a $300 online bonus as well!

Came in to restart my business account and a minor account for my daughter.Only one banker on floor to open new accounts ..who was having private conversation..not worried about new customers.Was charged to cash my daughters checks..Jason Deng who is just a teller..acting as a supervisor..no assistant manger or branch manager on duty..would not even waive the fees..even though we wanted to retstart accounts...very disappointed in how Wells Fargo treats customers. I will never come back to Wells Fargo after the rude and unprofessional treatment. I was a business customer with Wells Fargo for over 20 years..unbelievable. After we signed all checks he rudely asks if we want to have our checks back and take our business elsewhere..Negative stars Never agian.
