Very nice and knowledgeable staff. They took their time to show me and explain the differences between all of their products. Accommodated me with my needs and completed the service I needed in my time frame. Everything I needed was in stock. Products were delivered precisely in the time frame given. I came home from work and the products were very neatly placed on top of my 2 story building. They stock products that that the box stores don’t even offer. After experiencing the nice and friendly staff, quality service and stocked quality merchandise I won’t shop anywhere else.

i dealt with Mike and can't imagine better customer care than i received from him today. such a gentleman and obviously an asset to the company he works for in a day & age where real customer care seems so rare.

I never leave reviews but i just had to after the exceptional service I received from Mike on the counter, it's just such an unexpected pleasure to receive such thoughtful, caring, extra mile service in this day and age. I can't fathom someone being more conscientious and representing the company they work for in a more professional manner. This gentleman is an asset !

I had the fine people at Washoe Building supply stock my roof with shingles. This is the only place to go to in the greater Reno area excellent customer service, good prices and quick. When you have the roof torn off and need to get it covered up quickly these people have the stuff in stock and send it out right away. Also want to mention that as a home owner preforming my own work I get the same prompt service as the area's large contractors. Almost makes me want to do more roofs just because they are so great to work with!

My husband and I went in to get some information and the person we talked to was very nice and said he would have to email us all the info about roofing supplies. We Monday rolled around and we still never received the email. I'm very unhappy with the service he didn't provide. My company will not be going through them.

I needed help finding one roof corner tile from a 1994 house. I figured I was after a needle in a hay stack. Their staff was friendly, eager to help, and knowledgeable. Plus, they had what I needed!If they'll provide this level of service on a ridiculously small job like mine, there's no doubt they'd be awesome to work with on a large job. As a side note: While I waited, I heard another member of their staff helping a client installing a metal roof and trying to troubleshoot some funny angles and clearance issues. He left with solutions too! These guys are great! Pricing was great too.

I like the Washoe team except they do not carry Weather Tech Fasteners? I am a metal roofing expert and WT are the best out there, truly the only roofing and building fastener that works and lasts.
