I have to say that in the 5 years I've been going to the Sparks Walmart on Pyramid Hwy, I have seen the store go up and down. You know they are having a hard time when most of their products are on pallets in the aisles..and not on a shelf. They do their best with what help they have I suppose. Right now the store is doing very well...clean..neat..and most employees are willing to help.

This place is going downhill rapidly. The best word to describe it is Oppressive. At 10am, they still had pallets with merchandise blocking shelves and aisles. Fire department should check out the electronics section... It was a maze.

On 6/17/24. While using the self-checkstand, I could not find a single person to assist me when the machine locked-up. The assett protection guy who was standing there was no help AT ALL....I hope this Walmart closes down because it does not serve Spanish Springs area well........ The staff nor management cares about this store or honest paying customers.....
Original: Empty shelves and dirty store, busted shopping carts, broken self-check stations, bad customer service....The list goes on and on..... Walmart is neglecting this store to focus on fulfilling online orders. They're out of stock on basic groceries items and toiletries....This Walmart is worse than the locations in the ghetto....Hope this store closes down because it does not serve Spanish Springs well.... OUR TOWN DESERVES BETTER!

Three fire doors locked. This Walmart is a complete fire hazard. I told them and they laughed at me. And I only bought a door knob get it home and missing all the screws. Walmart is closing down because they can't do anything right or l gal and they don't far above the employees safety let alone customers. The whole place is a OSHA violation. I have never seen them doing anything right in this store. If I get ten items all ten are the wrong price and not is lower than the marked price this store is a customer trap and the management is corrupt and dishonest and ignorant.

I’ve lived in the neighborhood right next to this Walmart for most of my life, so by default I go here a lot. Ever since Covid, the quality has plummeted. I have problems of some sort every time I come here. Their inventory sucks, they’re always stocking during peak times for some reason so it causes traffic even if it’s not that busy, today they had 0 self checkouts open and 4 cashiers at 11 am. One of the employees told me “get out of my way” while I was waiting in line, super rude, especially considering that I was waiting in a ridiculous line and there was nowhere else to wait. The staff is generally not very nice, it’s clear they don’t pay enough to keep competent workers. I’m just kinda sick of it and I will be utilizing any other grocery store in the area before this one in the future (:
