I have to give this location 5 stars. They have gone above and beyond to help me with all of my prescriptions. The pharmacist Bernie and the other pharmacist, and all of their staff have been so kind and helpful. Yes they are understaffed at times and the hold times on the phone could be improved, but so are a lot of most pharmacies. The issues with the government getting involved in our health care has made it almost impossible for a lot of pharmacists to do their job right and be mindful and helpful to us patients. But again, I give high 5 stars to Bernie and his staff for their service and help to us. Hope I can stay here for a long time.

I waited on the phone line to talk to the pharmacy for 40 minutes. There was one caller ahead of me for about 20 minutes. This makes me wonder if their phone system is actually taking calls in order. Very frustrating. I finally gave up.

Bernie and the techs are all amazing to us. They help us each month with my father in laws meds. This is absolutely the busiest pharmacy on Vista Blvd, for this part of Sparks. It always seems there is not enough staff there for the amount of customers they serve.

This Walgreens is the worst. I have been on hold for 2 hrs and 25 minutes!!!!! They just give the excuse “we’re busy” or “ we’re understaffed.” They really don’t seem to care, either. Their attitude is “we’re here now, do you or don’t you want our help.” Absolutely frustrating!!

By far the worst pharmacy technician I've ever delt with. Just send you scripts to another location and save yourself the trouble.. They legit could care less about customer service.. I even had my Dentist call after hours and they left him on hold for 30 minutes . Calling corporate also

I was helped to find the correct placement of each of my purchases, I was also taken very good care of by the people at all places the people who showed me where everything was to the people who checked out all my purchases and put them in a bag with care. It was always a good experience at the 2 Walgreens in my area. Thank you, Brett B. Sparks NV.

This is the worst pharmacy, I’ve lived by this location for 12 years and had the absolute worst treatment by Bernie who works at the pharmacy or is the manager of the pharmacy. Whatever your role is Bernie you need to work on your soft skills, this person has the worst approach to people. Do better Bernie you absolutely suck in my opinion.

I have been waiting approximately 40 minutes for them to help me. Nobody should have to wait this long. You guys need help!! The phone is still on hold while I been writing this. Ridiculous!!

The female pharmacist working right now needs to be investigated. She refuses to fill a prescription because she thinks she is entitled to give people medical advice. My doctor called this prescription in so fill it. When I call hours ahead to ensure everything is ready for pick up I'm told yes only to arrive and be treated like I am a criminal for the medicen my Docotor prescribed. I wish I had her name. Absolutely a disgrace I have NEVER had such a terrible experience at a pharmacy. DO NOT GO HERE

Absolutely the worst pharmacy ever. I wish it was better bc it's right by our house. They have messed up literally everytime we come here. One time I came up here 3 times in one day only to be told just give us 15mins. I gave them hours to get this filled. Literally everytimr I call and ask if it's ready, they say yes andn we show up and it's always going to be just 15mins. One time they gave me the run around all day to only fill part of my ANTIBIOTICS. Just tell me the 1st time you do not have it but he is a walgreens that does.
