Visiting the Spanish Springs Area on this day! Although the Walgreen's gets a 5 star rating, Google Maps which led us out here, gets a \\\"3\\\" as it's final approach is poorly illustrated! Walgreens sits right on the North-East Corner at the first intersection \\u0026 light on Los Altos! X marks the Spot, the Store is right on the corner. Upon entering my first impression was noticing how clean \\u0026 well maintained the rows of consumer items were! Signs on the upper walls could be seen from the front of the store which ID'd each department. Nice. There were two customers ahead of me in line. In less than 5 minutes I was waited on. The enployees were casual yet efficient \\u0026 friendly. I noticed at least 3 cars go thru the drive through window! I was able to snap 3 or 4 photos which are attached for all to view. Have a Grateful Day at the Los Altos Walgreens!!?

Agree with previous rating. Pharmacy is hit and miss. Our doctor ordered an antibiotic at 10:00 a It's now 5:00 p The doctor has submitted twice and called once (they hung up on his assistant) . say they can't find it. So either a system that has issues or flaming incompetence and poor customer service. Perhaps reflects the reality of the end of customer service. Now rudeness and marginality are accepted practices at Walgreens. Oh what I'd give for a local pharmacist that is driven by professionalism and knowing their customer rather than corporate greed and the meat processing experience.

There is an issue with the store pharmacy. I have twice used the phone system to place a prescription refill. When I get to the store, there is no record of my order. No one cares to fix this. The pharmacy also has a really nasty clerk. She is so rude and today essentially called me a liar for saying I had an appointment for a COVID shot. I no longer will be dealing with this store for my medical needs. I realize we are all under a strain but the we don't care attitude needs to go.

It is difficult for me to rate because it can be a hit or miss. There are time some of the people in pharmacy can be nice and professional and then you get the one with the attitude. The pharmacist are always helpful. The cashiers are always polite and if you needed help finding something, the help will take you right to the product.

6:30 and pharmacy is closed. People are lazy here It's open if your the kind of person who buys scam remedies off the shelf or chips and candy.

Signed up for a rapid Covid test, and this was the location that had an appointment for today. A very nice, clean and open location. Arrived at 11 in the drive thru and no one in front of us. The employee was friendly and nice enough to also take the hubby's appointment for 11:45 at the same time as mine. Unfortunately, it wasn't the short swabs, but easy enough to do yourself. No insurance needed as the county takes care of it. Results are emailed within two to three hours.

great pharmacy staff very professional when giving COVID 19 vaccine very organized and knowledgeable about getting the vaccine in a timely fashion I got vaccine in store in less than 1/2 hour Get your COVID or any vaccine at your friendly Wallgreen in reno on Los Altos pkw they are the BEST!!!!

Want something quick? Want to go in and out? Well here is your spot. Theybhave a small selection. Of all your home and snacksing essnetials.i really love to go after a holiday since they have less people and some cool finds. Since you know where everything is. I dont spend more than 10 minutes inside. I hate shopping. So these large, but small markets are nice when you really just need a few items.

Pharmacy staff are amazing. The ladies up front were professional, friendly and courteous. Warren who administered the shot, was one of the nicest people I've met. The type of person you just want for a best friend. They were so very busy but took the time to make you feel important.

So I had to go without my seizure medication for three days because the pharmacy didn't do their job. They said my doctor never sent a refill. So I emailed my doctor and he confirmed it was sent days ago. Somehow they get away with this because it's not the first time it has happened. Absolutely horrible customer service. I would definitely not get any serious prescriptions sent to Walgreens because there is no guarantee it will get filled.
