Prescription was sent to the pharmacy 23 days ago. I called because I had not gotten anything from the Pharmacy saying it was filled or even on file. Turns out they never filled it because I do not have insurance on file there....I've never picked up a prescription at Walgreens, so why would you have it until i come pick up?Now a few hours later I just received a text saying my prescription is delayed due to them not having it in stock....After this I'm changing pharmacies, the convenience is not convenient.

Pharmacy dept is rude. I took a Covid test , supposed to get results in 2 hours. I called and they said their computers were updating since morning( 6 hours after I did my test) stated will post results when its done and still nothing. I missed work over this. Not happy.

After 3 trips to the pharmacy to get my prescription filled they still tell me that I don't have insurance prior authorization (I do). The pharmacist on prior visits was very dismissive and just told me to take it up with my insurance. On the third visit (after me having to confirm multiple times with my insurance that my authorization was valid) I was firm and told them the problem was on their end and I would wait while they figured it out. Vicky (pharm tech) was patient and helpful and called my insurance to try to get the issue resolved (while the pharmacist kept making rude dismissive comments behind the glass). After about 30 minutes it was decided that their software was the problem... nothing could be done... what a joke... take your business elsewhere to avoid wasting time.Oh, and they don't honor GoodRx for controlled medication so you cant go that route either.

Okay, unlike David's review, I'm not being paid for mine. The store has frequent out-of-stock issues, including foundation, seasonal items, etc. Staff is largely untrained for Western Union, to the degree I had to remedy an issue at Winco, and the pharmacy is so poorly stocked that I now do business with CNS Pharmacy (which is amazing). Walgreens fails to keep stock of everything from my reflux meds, ulcer meds, and thyroid meds. And they were my pharmacy for two years before I switched, so they had ample notice. They even failed to take notice of a "Do Not Substitute" order on my Levoxyl, a brand name thyroid replacement. It's been documented for over a decade that levothyroxine causes narcolepsy and catatonia. And Walgreens still did it after I called to verify the order. (Levoxyl is expensive.) Trying to get help from corporate is impossible and the staff simply doesn't care because Walgreens overworks and under pays them. They're burned out. But someone is going to get hurt one day, maybe killed. Also, Walgreens marks up their generics by 25% and name brands by 40% above competitors to trick you into their rewards program. They sell your data to other companies and make a fortune off it. So IF you have to sign up, use fake information.

They have Western Union yet don’t do money orders so pretty much worthless for me. People working there are always rude and always respond in bad faith/defensively. About a yer ago, the miserable old Asian lady manager followed me around the store acting like I was trying to steal when I went in to get rubbing alcohol and a few other things, following me from each aisle I went in

Pharmacy has Absolutely terrible staff, no one ever picks up the phone, and when they do they either keep you on hold or hang up. This should seriously be looked into by the owners of Walgreens, I’m honestly surprised it hasn’t went out of business or closed. The ignorance and arrogance of the pharmacy is ridiculous. Some of the women there should be fired especially the younger ones with terrible attitudes you don’t like your job go work somewhere else you’re supposed to take care of the people that keep you employed….

Walgreens is more or less what we used to call a Department Store. In a condensed version that is...A Photo Lab, Cold drinks, tons of Sundries (I'm feeling lazy today) & a 24 hour drive through pharmacy! The staff here has always been more than helpful and the store meticulously clean!Just remember...all those Super prices are only available to Walgreen cardholders! Stop at the cashier & give them a phone number so you can enjoy the price deals. They are everywhere.Nice Store!! ?

Got awfully scammed in my opinion, I had purchased a few items that had cheap prices but during the checkout they were twice the price than the original price?? Did they restock incorrectly?

Yikes! Go anywhere but here for pharmacy services! I was left waiting for 1.5 hours for scheduled vaccines because my insurance "couldn't be verified"-- yes, I provided my card and information-- and they "couldn't get insurance on the phone." Meanwhile, I was able to reach my insurance provider and verify my own insurance, but pharmacy staff refused to talk to the insurance rep on my phone. It honestly felt sadistic. In the end, I walked out and went to another pharmacy where I got my insurance-covered vaccines in 10 minutes. Hostile and cruel customer service seems to be the baseline here.

WOW! Not impressed at all. Went in to pick up an online order that was delivered by USPS. The lovely young millennium who helped me had ZERO idea what I was asking. When I told her that I was there to pickup my order which was delivered by the United States Postal Service, USPS, she was adamant that Walgreens does not receive items from the Post Office, until a non millennial proved her wrong.

Walgreens' pharmacy staff struggles to provide vaccinations on time. My wife and I both (on separate occasions) waited for over a half hour after our appointment time to get our shots. That's bad enough, but they couldn't be courteous enough to let us know it would take a while and when I finally got a pharmacist's (white coat) attention she gave sarcastic/rude answer. We have used other Walgreens locations and not had this problem. If you have a choice go somewhere else.
