Being locked in the facility because I was 15 minutes after 9:00 pm. NO EMERGENCY CONTACT AND NO WAY TO LEAVE A MESSAGE AND NOT A SOUL TO ANSWER THE CALL.
ILLEGAL TO DETAIN A SENIOR CITIZEN WITH DISABILITIES , HEALTH ISSUES FOR HOURS WITHOUT AN EMERGENCY EXIT.
ITS CALLED ELDER ABUSE.
I WILL NOTIFY ALL STATE AND GOVERNMENT AGENCYS PERTAINING ILLEGAL DETAINMENT FOR THIS ESTABLiSHMENT FOR ANY PERSON HELD AGAINST THEIR WILL!

The site is super clean and they just resealed the asphalt. Easy access off the main road. Open from 7am-9pm so plenty of time in the day for any schedule. Also the front office staff are very friendly and helpful.

I have been using Vista Park Storage for going on 5 months now, and the customer service is impeccable, friendly, and helpful. I'm extremely grateful that I was able to find a storage facility that actually cares about the belongings of the tenants, always keeping me informed of any changes or concerns.

Rented unit at Vista location on 9/2023. The unit was dusty and bulb not working. I was informed the first day that the weather stripping and bulb will be replaced. I had called several time inquire about the status of the replacement. Since the first day, I have not added any items to be stored because I didn’t want my stuff to be ruined and dusty.
It’s been 7 months, rate has gone up, haven’t stored more items and am still waiting for the unit to be weather stripped.

This so-called business is shady and unethical. Be aware that if you decide to rent a unit here, you WILL be subjected to unexpected monthly rent increases with no warning or notice provided.
