This was a great vintage inn/motel in a great location at a great price. The room was large with a comfy bed, table & chairs, fridge & microwave. Close to all the attractions, dining and shopping. I think the manager lives on site and I felt very safe there, I always saw him around.

Older motel. No breakfast. No pool. It was clean and comfortable. Convenient location. Nice to be away from the casinos. When we needed something all I had to do was call the office and soon it was there. Not the best, not the worst.( 10 more characters)

We had the best experience here at the Victoria in. Rooms were clean & the service was unlike any I've ever experienced for a motel. Nice area & will be coming back!!

Very cute building. Inside was pleasant. Unfortunately the $150 deposit was a bit of a surprise only seeing it all the way at the bottom of the booking page.Rooms: Clean and comfySafety: Lots of people outside so felt a bit nervous, but nothing happened and we were perfectly safe.

It’s worth the price. Can’t ask for more when I had paid so little. Whoever shares their critics and thoughts about it should understand that.

I don't recommend this place at all. All the advertising is embellished wires hanging from the walls. No breakfast as advertised. Pictures are very deceiving.

The pictures look great and suck you in, but pictures can be deceiving. The primary reason for my low rating is that they advertise free wi-fi. Is it really wi-fi if it is so bad that you can't connect to it? I had to tether to my cell phone. And other than the fact that their system is ridiculously bad, there was no mention they were having issues. In fact, I was specifically asked if I would be in need of it. It was then I was given the password. Tell-tail signs suggested they were still in the stone age when I checked in. There was no visible computer terminal, and the desk clerk filled out a paper form. When check in was complete, I was given a physical key, and then the clerk wrote down the password. Our room was quite small with insufficient electrical outlets, and the furniture, while quaint, was wobbly and in poor condition. There were other smaller issues like peeling paint and a sagging curtain rod. Minor things, yes, but it does nothing but support the argument that the place is old and well behind the times. Find another place.

Lighting wasn't spectacular but it was there. Our only window view was of a service closet. No yippee there. walking the hallways I noticed that the walkways and landings on the second floor do need some tender loving care. A Room on the second floor, circular in shape, I thought could be used as a nice breakfast nook or meeting room. Looking in one of it's windows I stood incorrect. The room was only used for storage. Stepping beck and noticing how "drab" or rundown the building looked I thought it could a makeover. That room used just for storage, paint it's exterior like that of a lighthouse. Then each individual door on the property give them each a paint job, that of a different paint scheme for a lighthouse. Just a brainstorm, that could revitalize the property.

This place is so quaint! Decently priced compared to the other hotels in the area! And you are still close to everything around the city as well! Room was super clean and nice. Is smaller than a normal hotel, but still had everything you needed. A/C worked wonderfully! There was always someone at the desk when we need something and they were super friendly! If we are ever back in town we will be staying here again!

It's conveniently located in Reno and the building is pretty but that's about the only good things I can say. Oh, the beds were surprisingly comfy, so that's great. You get what you pay for lol: I didn't take my shoes off except to shower or sleep because the floors were visibly filthy (as were the walls.) Plumbing rattled in the walls and the room smelled like a mixture of cigarettes, shxt and insecticide. The latter implies they at least care about that, which is certainly a plus. Neighbors were quiet, which is unexpected but quite welcome.

Rude staff and a very sketchy area. The front desk Clerk cancelled my reservation because I arrived 5 minutres before closing and he didn't want to do any work. He then proceeded to call me an A$$hole when I showed him my pre-paid reservation confirmation. This left me stranded in reno to find somewhere to stay while over $100 out of pocket until Expedia refunded me in full. Avoid at all costs.

The hotel is located within 2 blocks of the Nugget and next to the bus station in Sparks. It is an older hotel that is updated to new interior. The staff were friendly and accommodating. When my flight was scheduled to arrive after midnight, they canceled the first night without penalty. The rate was good. The negative points were that the towels were so old and deteriorated, that using them was rough on the skin. There were no bath mat or drain stoppers. There was only 1 garbage can and no face tissues. There was no daily maid service. The hotel desk is only open from 8am to midnight.

I've lived here 10 months now. Moved in on July 2022 the Victorian Inn is a wonderful place to live and the location is perfect. Great Security Surveillance too. Plus there's always an event, concert or parade of some kind. Kid and pet friendly. The Management and Employee's are a delight. 5***** & 2?? up way to go Victorian Inn.Rooms: Nice, clean and cozy.Nearby activities: Always something going on and the Victorian Inn is not even a block from all the fun.Safety: Security Surveillance is great.Food & drinks: All the food & drinks you would like less then a block away. Casino's and Store's every where.
