Only 1 person came out to speak with me after I had been walking around looking at cars for 10 minutes.

It pains me to leave 1 star. I'm so disappointed by the people at Victorian Auto Sales. I'm not typically one to post poor reviews but I gave them the opportunity to 'make it right. Not only did they flat out tell me no, they kicked me when I was down. I bought a 2017 Chrysler Pacifica less than 30 days ago. I paid over 30k and really stretched my families single income to get this safe, "reliable" car. Less than a week later both key fob batteries had died, one windshield wiper was completely shredded, the other is poor quality and the tire pressure was low (I mention this only because it has a slow leak I've now discovered). Not a big deal - not what I expected for what I paid, but easy and inexpensive to fix. A day or so later I realized the passenger window wasn't working. I reached out to VAS as this is a more costly and time consuming repair. They apologized and said the part had been backordered. They had me bring it in and repaired it the same day. While I was grateful for the quick fix, I was bothered by the fact that they knew of the broken window, but didn't disclose this or repair it prior to letting me drive it off the lot. Even a heads up to come back would have been appreciated. Again, while I apprecated the speedy repair, this too was a poor experience. They told me to be back by 6 to pick it up. When I arrived no one was there. I called the dealer back and they told me they closed at 5 and had driven it back to the lot. My car was driven without my knowledge or consent. Again, super annoying but I still loved my car and was appreciative for the ownership and repair. So here we are about 2 weeks later and the check engine light is on. Now in all honesty I bought it as-is which unfortunately is a mistake I know to never make again, and one they were quick to remind me of. I sent them a message (prior to them opening) letting them know of my continued issues, asking again if they'd be willing to help. Here is their Reply, verbatim: "Hey Rachel we saw your message. As a reminder you bought the vehicle AS-IS. We have been courteous and have helped with what we could. We are no longer responsible for the vehicle. Sorry for the inconvenience. Your friends at Victorian Auto Sales""Im sorry for the inconvenience"?! This is not an inconvenience, this is devastating. This infuriated me so I replied letting them know I'd be spreading my disappointment on social media to which they replied: "Sorry you feel that way. We helped with what we could there only so much we can do as you are purchasing a used vehicle. We have done our due diligence by quickly resolving your concerns. Threatening us is not a good way to ask for help, again as we are NOT responsible for the vehicle anymore. Maybe a better attitude would of gone a long way.Your friends at Victorian Auto Sales"So what they're saying is they could help me but they wont because i somehow offended them by being upset that the car I spent all of my savings on was defective. Noted. I have never been treated with such disregard and unprofessionalism in my life. So while this is a hard and financially devastating lesson, I wanted to share my experience because if I can spare even one person the headache and financial loss, at least it's not a total loss. After reading other reviews I realize sadly, I'm not alone. They scam people every day. Lesson learned and my faith in humanity shattered.

I got my truck several years ago and it's still going strong. They're a great place with fair people, and I still feel like I got an awesome deal years later. I plan on coming back here in a year or two.

I purchased a Nissan Xterra from them a few weeks ago. The day after, a coworker of mine asked me where i purchased it then told me to bring it back ASAP because he purchased a vehicle from them that needed $5000 in repairs.....as that was not possible since I just signed my rights away with their adamant "as is" paperwork, I crossed my fingers and hoped for the best. Well 2 weeks after purchasing, the check engine light comes on and the code is the catalytic converter... take it to the mechanic and they said Victorian must have cleared the check engine light to pass smog, which is ILLEGAL !! That along with a list of other things I need to do to get it going will end up costing about $4000.So heed my warning, these people are doing bad, illegal business!

bought a car from them. not a week later, a code in the engine for the catalytic converter told me it was leaking. mechanic i took it too said it would've cost 2500 to replace and repair. on top of that, the engine was misfiring and there was a radiator crack that they didn't tell me about. overall cost was 3 grand for repairs which was more than half the cost they charged me.

Worst place to get a car, my friend lives near the owners, the cars they have on their lot are used for their own personal transportation, once the car doesn't seem to run right or they put more miles then it originally hadD they'll put it for sale on the lot so it can break down on the customer an not the actual person who's been driving with is relative to the owners in one shape form. Prime example a black Jetta a green Range Rover and a grey Honda Civic all have Victorian auto sales plate holders so once again I strongly recommend you don't buy a car from here!

I had been shopping for a new vehicle for a bit and knew what I wanted and knew what I wanted to pay. These guys were reasonable and had the carfax in hand. Not sure why people are complaining about being over blue book??? Blue book is a base starting point and none of the vehicles I looked at were at or below blue book after shopping in six different states. And having the carfax in hand is releasing all known information as far as I am concerned. After negotiating the price I wanted to pay being $1300 below asking price we made a deal. I would suggest friends to these guys anytime.
