Went in to get a new SIM card and specifically asked not to add Asurion to Home Devices and they still signed us up for it and I spent an hour of my time getting it shut off. Moreover, I called to complain and the store answered, I gave them my name and they flipped me over to a loud obnoxious hold. I am busy and they wasted an hour of my time, pisses me off!

We are getting ripped off literally every time we come to do something they always says there's is promotion and discount and we end up getting ripped with the bill and service sucks and there is other companies don't pay as high as this and they tell you ur bill is 200 and you find it 320 what a scam and waiting for hours to activate your account or etc don't recommend them for any one

Went in to get new phones and was presented with horrible customer service. Was willing to pay 3X what we pay now for better service but that apparently is not the case. Was charged a $80 set up fee and the phones never got set up so essentially I was charged to receive horrible service. What a joke and borderline scam. Will never recommend Verizon to anyone nor think about coming back. Spectrums service is the same here in Reno and a third the price. Might want to head there before you get ripped off and disrespected at the same time.
