Shoshana was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. She was so efficient and got us out of there with our new line so quick. She wasn't pushy with the add ons but did her duty in telling us about all the promos they were offering. We are very grateful for such a quick and painless experience. Thank you, Shoshana!

You go in and waste 3 plus hours trying to get them to fix the mistakes they made. The bill was not suppose to surpass $200, but somehow it was over $400. Then you take time out of your day to fix what they screwed up and then you leave in the belief that your efforts were successful, come to find out a day or two later that they weren't and that they somehow made it worse. Verizon has been the worst moblie carrier I've ever been with and that says alot because the rest were also pretty bad. I advise you to say clear of this store and Verizon as a hole. If you're already with Verizon good luck, because the chances are you're gonna need it.

Gabriel was extremely dishonest in working with us to change our plan. He described adding lines as saving us $10 a month and stated “ I don’t know why more people don’t do this! “ our bill ended up going from 156 to $292 for this month and then $192 following months. He also trashed Verizon wireless 1st party multiple times. We almost had to pay an additional $568 over the course of a year because of dishonest and fraudulent transactions. We ended up having to call Verizon *611 to get our issue resolved back at the normal rate of $156 monthly. This 3rd party Verizon location doesn’t seem to operate honestly, and we suspect Gabriel only acted as such to get some kind of commission because he needed the money. If you are working with Gabriel, make sure you check your bill later to ensure nothing fraudulent occurred and proceed with great caution. You may need to call 1st party Verizon to rectify the issue. 1-star and only because we had to give them a star.

One word… Shoshana! I had the pleasure of being assisted by such an amazing person last night. My phone decided to stop working right before a work trip and I had no clue what to do. The moment Shoshana greeted me I felt at ease. She helped me with my concern and not once made me feel rushed. She was extremely knowledgable and helpful & made sure she got me through my issues with a breeze. I hope she is being recognized for the support she provides. She is the epitome of exceptional customer service. I have been with Verizon for over 20 years and have never experienced top tier assistance like this. THANK YOU SHOSHANA!

I rarely go into Verizon stores for any phone purchases, I'll typically do the research and order it online. Something told me to stop by and I'm glad I did, I was immediately greeted very personably by Shoshana, she was very knowledgeable, helpful and an all around pleasant person to interact with. I would recommend this Verizon store especially, I've heard stories, about very impersonal and unpleasant experiences at Verizon stores . I'm glad I didn't let it deter me from today's visit, being able to experience Shoshana was one I glad I had.

The lady I worked with was so helpful and,thoughtful.. Ii changed from an android to a iPhone. She transferred all my stuff over and even explained a lot of stuff on my new iPhone.
