I don't know where or how to file a formal complaint, but there is one employee who should NOT be allowed around customers! Every time I have gone in, Ekhlas is aggressive with customers. Today, he ranted in front of a room full of customers waiting to be helped. It started when an elderly gentleman was slow to understand the financial transaction, when Ekhlas (the middle-aged middle-eastern man I see several other complaints about!) decided to get defensive and insulted by his "intelligence being questioned" and he shouted that he is "very good at this job and when people question me it is very depressing" then stomped off to the back room where he audibly ranted leaving more than a half-dozen customers waiting. I am the one who said, "Get some therapy and get back to work. This is SO not appropriate!"... check the videos management!! (1/29/25 @ 12pm)...This guy needs to be stuck in the back where he isn't accosting anyone! The last time I was there, he called a coworker stupid and made unprofessional comments about customers' intelligence. I am posting this publicly, but I will also be contacting the USPS with these details.

Why is the clerk letting a customer fill out a customs form at the counter. And now the line is really backed up. Now the customer filling out the customs form has to make a phone call to get more information to fill out the form so she’s still standing at the counter calling. I finally get up to the counter, and the clerk I got she’s efficient and professional. I wish I would’ve looked at her name, but she has really pretty long nails. My Receipt says clerk 1. So Clerk 1 and the guy clerk were efficient. She must’ve helped 10 people while I was waiting in line while the other clerk was standing there, just staring at the custom form. Meanwhile, the clerk at the other end of the counter, he had his customer move aside to fill out a customs form, and the next person that came up had to fill out another form as well and he had that customer step aside too. What is going on here? Where’s management? If management wants to look at theProductivity reports my receipt says 1-5-24, 2:15 PM

I sell on ebay, and have been there many times dropping off my packages. First of all, my packages that are pre-labeled are always scanned before midnight when I put them in the drop box. Yes, I have to wait in line sometimes if I have to go to the counter, but the Postal Workers are always helpful and courteous. It is unfortunate that they need more help, but like every place else it is hard to get people to apply for work there. All of the packages I mail from this location get to their destination. I am happy with USPS delivering my many packages.

I came in yesterday afternoon for the first time and the older Indian man working up front had an awful attitude. He was extremely rude for no reason. I know someone who worked here for a while and was told all but one of the managers here are terrible. I don’t doubt it after this experience. This was disappointing but not surprising. Do better.

All the other reviews speak for themselves. This place could do (and should do) a much better job providing its services, especially considering all the taxes we are paying in for these services.

I haven't had many issues prior to this, but the effort and care they are showing to help is baffling. I had an international package delivered to them instead of delivered to my place of residency. I was notified late that it was able to be picked up at their location. Once I was able to ask for assistance at the front desk, they lady went in the back and looked. Half an hour goes by, and she comes back with nothing and telling me I should bring something that the delivery personnel should have given, basically pushing blame on me. Then, out of some form of hope, they give me a direct line to their location. No one ever pics up during their hours of operation, and it always goes to the operator, which just rings for a prolonged period of time, not even able to leave a message. This whole situation has been frustrating, and from the looks of the other reviews, they treat everyone poorly.

I am baffled by the delivery drivers and their supervisor. Nothing but lies and incomitance from them. Not to mention that there were multiple people in line waiting with three people working the desk, I was there long enough to see all three. One person was helping with my issue while the other two were nowhere to be found. This place is an abomination. If you can avoid this location, I would highly recommend it.

I don't go to the post office very often, but I have to say I had a very pleasant experience today!All I needed was to pick up a package, the line was a little long, but a lady came up and asked if anyone was picking up a package, so I walked up and gave her my slip.Only a mere 10, if even, minutes later and she came back with my package, so quick and so easy! She was also very kind and friendly, I regret not asking for her name! But people like her are the reason that such usually boring destinations and errands can end up being really pleasant ones!

This isn’t my regular post office but I had such a pleasant experience I had to share a review. I had a package to mail overseas. Dealt with two different clerks who were each friendly and knowledgeable. When I left there were a few people in line but 3 windows open. From what I could overhear they were helpful with other customers too. When the manager left she yelled out goodbye and thanked everyone for coming in. Wouldn’t hesitate to return to this PO!

Upon buying a new home we brought in the deed and received an envelope with three keys. The keys didn’t work and the box wouldn’t open. I brought them back and they kept the keys. I was given them back but when I tried again the box wouldn’t open. I brought them back again and the gentleman that waited on me kept the envelope that had my new address on it and kept two of the keys. I thought I would check to see if it had been fixed and it didn’t work. A construction worker came to my rescue and with a few taps of a hammer got it open. When I went to the post office to retrieve my other two keys they basically called me a liar saying they would never had kept my keys and insisted I bring in the deed AGAIN in order to order new keys. I have one key, I got my mail and the deed is in our bank in California. I WANT MY KEYS. How dare they insinuate I was lying. The old lady working there was so rude I wanted to slap her.
