This branch always provides quality service, takes care of my banking needs and exceeds my expectations for what I need from a bank. There are delicate issues with cash at times and they are always handled to my satisfaction. It does not matter to me who is handling my business needs that day. I always get consistent quality effort from the ladies at the bank.

First the ATM wouldn't deposit my check so I went in,one teller on phone,other teller bsing with customer, 2 at drive by doing nothing.I just wanted to deposit my check. The teller went to lunch when it was my turn.It made me late for work.Noone wanted to help me.I felt ignored

I bank with Union Bank of California for my pension for the last 12 years not a single issue I had a problem with this bank not until my account was transferred to U.S. Bank. I am a U.S. retiree living permanently now in the Philippines. I called US Bank customer service when I was in Sparks, Nevada two weeks ago and explain my situation that my future withdrawals will be in the Philippines. I was in Sparks Nevada visited my relative. I returned to the Philippines on August 24 of this year. Guess what! I can't make withdrawals here in the philippines using my debit card. Very disappointing. I am now running out of cash. I can't call their customer service from my country my phone doesn't allow me to. Very, very disappointing. PLEASE HELP

Made an appointment. No one acknowledges us. We look in offices,asking where our designated person is. Employee says we're we are early, "I'll tell her you're here." That employee goes past us 3 times without a comment to us.30 minutes later ...............nothing. Turns out we are waiting for a personwho will never have time to see us. No apology, no sorry, nothing.Never going thru those doors again.

Outstanding! We have always had great customer service and just great service in general with US Bank. My wife and I have banked here for many years, we have gotten a few loans through them, all have worked out well. The appointment process works great, everyone is very friendly, and the manager Tonya has a genuine heart to help the customer! I highly recommend US Bank.

This branch location has a welcoming lobby. It used to be a Colonial bank in early 2000. There is a drive-up teller that opens 30 minutes earlier than the lobby. The staff is very pleasant and helpful. Great location on Vista and close to those living in the D'Andrea and surrounding area.

This is the nicest most convenient location I've been to in Sparks! Very friendly and helpful! I like this location and staff much better than the one on Los Altos prkwy. It might be a little bit farther drive but worth it for the friendly service! Thank you so much!!!

Shocked by some of the one star reviews. Wow. ONE star? I came to this bank specifically because I've seen absolutely NOTHING except the best care by Tanya... who is now the manager. She is not only an manager that goes to great lengths to provide professional, kind, efficient but safe care for her staff AND me, a very happy client. Her staff has met every need of mine with kind and efficient and honestly excellence.Keep up the Gr8 work : ) brian

Lobby has been closed for months. There are two drive up services lanes which are only staffed by one employee. It makes for extremely long wait times. Bank somewhere else unless you have nothing else to do.

I was going to open an account with your Bank but after reading the reviews I have changed my mind. Freezing people's account's in order to verify information when you can check on information on a deposit right away so that practice is absurd. Then your customer service is a mess. I Banked with US Bank years ago and didn't have any problems but it looks like it has gone down hill ☹️... Someone needs to address all the issues that are being put on your reviews...

My go-to banking location is this branch. I've been with US Bank for at least 15 years and I've been pretty happy with their customer service. The tellers are friendly and professional. I've had a few typical issues over the years but nothing that wasn't handled promptly and to my satisfaction. Okay US Bank, I gotta take a star away for 2 things. First, increase the limit on how much I can deposit from my phone. I've been with you for years! I've earned the trust! And second, the touch screen ATM at the Vista location straight up SUCKS. The screen is not intuitive or sensitive so when you attempt to make your selection on this sucky "touch screen", nothing registers because it doesn't recognize any sort of touch. And worse, the keypad is so limited on selections that you can't use it as a backup. So you're forced to send up a prayer to the ATM spirits that the screen will be kind and recognize my angry finger is jabbing it. And I can't possibly be the only person who has issues because when I'm in line, listening to music and watching the driver in front of me attempt to navigate the touch screen, I've heard (and seen) some pretty humorous things. Please fix your touch screen so it actually recognizes a touch!
