Make sure you double check the money that you withdraw. This bank gives out fake $100 bills. Once you leave with one it’s your problem, they will not help you.

I shown up to us bank 45 minutes before they close, and I asked can he open an account for me. He said "I'm sorry we can't but we can schedule an appointment tomorrow" thank gosh when my mom was with me she use to work for the bank.She knows about how long it takes to open an account, than she asked him why can't you take us?! He said to her that " he has a client in 15 minutes and how he doesn't have time" remind you there were 2 people not doing anything, and the other worker was available. After that we drove to two banks the first was really busy but, was nice enough to call another bank, and ask someone if they can take us. The last bank we went we drove 20 minutes to them and they got the job done, why couldn't you guys call another bank and ask?! But he was not interested neither of them in helping us. He also was very rude to my elderly grandma.

The manager, Ms. Hadlock was especially kind and helpful. She was patient, courteous, and knowledgeable. She knows her business and she does it well. This is what you want when you do business with any bank, she gets my vote of confidence.

Terrible service. One teller working. One banker sitting silently and motionless at his desk. Nobody bothered to greet me or let me know how long a wait to expect. I walked out without being helped.

The people are lovely at this branch but I have one grievance: the drive through ATM has been broken for a really long time and it still has not been fixed. Every time I've come here to get cash, it's broken. So I either have to go inside or go to an ATM elsewhere.

We are long time USB customers and have been going to the branch in SaveMart on Pyramid Blvd, which isn't even listed on Yelp. We are no longer going there and coming to this branch instead. This branch has very friendly people whom know what they are doing. The SaveMart branch has a very friendly helpful young person, but also has a snotty older lady whom never seems to be in a good mood. We tried to get her to notarize a signature on a document but she was uncomfortable and refused to do it because she couldn't understand or ask a question to our mom. After talking to 2 attorneys and a notary at the other bank whom had no trouble to notarize the document, we understood that the SaveMart branch lady doesn't understand that her job is simply to check and ID and notarize a signature, NOT to ask questions to the signer to see if they know what they are doing. She is not an attorney and needs to study up on what a notary should do. This branch is much smarter. Just come here and forget going to the SaveMart Branch.

Ok I have to say it. I absolute love this location. If all places can be like this or at least to common place people go. I don't know where to start. Let's start with looks. You know we all have our own opinions. Well, this facility is new. Has a decent size lot. The building is new. When walking in, the place is clean and bright looking. The costumer service is great. The people know me and and ask how I'm doing. Some even start conversations!! For those who just walk in they greet with smiles! The basic service area they help with all transactions as quickly as they can while doing their job to the best of their abilities. As for the personal bankers, they do what they can to get you the best deals on financial in they can. Sometimes it takes longer then expected but like I said they do what they can for the best results for the costumer.

This is seriously the best bank around! US Bank in general is a large chain but with a community bank feel. I usually deal with Rene (manager) at this branch, although all her staff is great. They all really care and are very helpful. Her and her staff will evaluate your personal (and business) needs and set you up with the best accounts for you. They offer no charge business and personal checking. Their credit card rates are very reasonable. I wouldn't consider banking anywhere else!
