13 people in line , 4 workers but, only one teller. Why can't everyone jump into help? It's 30 minutes later and still waiting.

Disappointed. 3 tellers but only one was assisting customers. Other two administrators, were sitting in cubicles not on phones or with customers. I thought one was finally coming over to assist. Instead they pulled the one teller away from helping customers to do a money count. It was the middle of lunch, many people line approximately 15, most in work uniforms. Many had to leave to return to work before being assisted. I understand being busy or short staffed but I have difficulty watching so many customers being fully ignored by staff.

Went in to get a money order and Karla was extremely rude and unhelpful. I would never bank here.

I open my account with US Bank on November 22nd and requested a debit card be sent to my home.Weeks went by and I never received my card. So, I went to a branch on Kietzke and again ordered a new card. Once again, weeks go by and no card. Received my pin number but , no card. Tried a third time and they decided to mail my card to the branch.... Success. However, since I didn't know where the previous cards were, I chose not to deposit funds into the account until I was sure I had the card in my possession. Of course, US Bank still charged me the service fee...Ridiculous

Crazy slow drive thru, don’t even try. Waited 40 min once. Great location but I try to avoid it. Had to fully back out of their crazy long drive thru the time I waited 40 min because I had to get back to work and thought I had had more than enough time

No matter what time you go in to the bank they always have a huge line and take forever. I signed up with a bonus plan and never even received the bonus. I've done it with other banks and received the bonus. This is the only bank I ever signed up for with a bonus plan that didnt actually pay you like they said. Between the long waits and not honoring the initial agreement I'll be closing my account.

It is not ok for a Bank to share information with anyone other then the customer whose account it is.

It would be nice that when the ATMs outside are not functioning (always) to be able to go inside and make a quick cash desposit but when it's up with about 5 people in line and the tellers are purposely having chit chat and wasting your time when you have business to conduct and thengs to do it's really FUCKING INFURIATING, sparks oddie branch do a better job at hiring people who have a sense of urgency and respect for the people who bank here or you can take this branch and shove it

Horrible service all the time, one teller one full line. When you open an account with they should say “ please understand that if you open an account with us when you can to withdraw your money you will stand inline for hours before anyone can help you” do you still want to open an account with us???? No

The ATM is out of order more often than not.Updated 06/25/20 around 3:00pm:ATM out of order again. This is hard to believe - but true. I've resorted to taking photos now:Updated 08/25/20 around 5:30am:ATM does not accept or perform cash transactions. Put this dinosaur out of it's misery! What a joke!

Michelle is absolutely amazing and extremely thorough with any transaction she handles. Completely professional!!!! Would go out of the way to have her handle any of our major transactions.

The ATM is okay now that they got a new one. Not out of order as much. The thing that bothers me the most is the filthy driveway, the rock flower bed and the ATM area. I have left an email with corporate to no avail. You can visit Wells Fargo on the other end of the compound and the grounds are beautifully clean. Why not you, US Bank? It's like you don't care that the outside ares look like a ghetto. PS. I was at the Bank again on 10/01/20. Instead of cleaner, it got worse. Ewww. Come on, US Bank. Hire a grounds cleaner.
