Do NOT go here for anything other than returning packages... the website wanted 22cents for a basic black and white standard letter-sized print, but my payment kept getting kicked , I went in-person. They ended up charging me $3.75 for what was supposed to be under 25cents... the library charges 25c per page, and I thought THAT was bad!!! They apparently charge you money for the inconvenience of doing their job, and I feel badly for the employee who has to hear about the discrepancy between what is online and what their "policy" is... I get their are just doing their job and following the company's rules - but that is one HELL of an upcharge! I could have gotten 7 copies of my document for the same price with half the struggle if I'd gone to the library. Live and learn I guess...

Toner was out on one printer and other printer was completely out of paper. The line was out the door and no help was rendered. That was my first and last time I set foot in this establishment.

They charge $3.50 for ONE black and white page. You can go almost anywhere else for 25 cents. These people are legit insane.

Store closes at 1:30 most Saturdays. Today for example is a close early day with no notary, but you don’t know until you drive all the way there to see a note on the door. The staff are extremely rude. Most times I come in the lady will ignore you, sit in the back and take her sweet time. Won’t greet you, and act annoyed you’re even there. She also will be talking on the phone the entire time. This location is by far the worst.

The owner is a real piece of work. Look at the responses to reviews here, and it will tell you everything you need to know about this business. Unprofessional and unhinged. Avoid at all costs.

It seems I am in a growing group of consumers who are being seriously let down by UPS. First mishap: I ordered a musical instrument from a business. On the day it was out for delivery, I waited and waited, no delivery. The UPS truck never even came to my street. When I checked later in the evening, the item was marked as delivered. The UPS proof of delivery was a piece of paper, with no picture, stateing that item had been delivered. I then was told to open a claim. I did. after two weeks I had to find that they had ruled against my claim, because item was marked as, "delivered', even though there was no picture proof.Second instance: I ordered an instrument from ebay seller. I told the seller to make sure it was signature required. He did. Jump ahead and the item was listed as out for delivery, signature required. I figured, good, at least that can't screw this up. WRONG!. Once again, they simply lie and say, sorry we missed you, you can pick it up tomorrow at this location. My wife went today to pick it up..........not there. She came home, and a few minutes later we got an email and it said attempted delivery. This company is being destroyed by someone. They will single handedly destroy all online business if this keeps up. Don't even try to complain. You will get No Where. Yelp is the only recourse, Thank you Yelp.

I only use the UPS Store to return Amazon purchases. I appreciate that it is located close to my home. There is ample parking. Even if there is a line, the staff are very competent and friendly and the lines moves quickly.

Came in Saturday morning and the line was 10 people long the entire time I was there. As soon as someone was finished someone else was coming in. There was only one employee working (who was crushing it!!!) but cmon ups. Hire more employees. It shouldn't take 20+ minutes to ship a package. Again, the employee working was extremely efficient and was kicking booty but you could just tell she was stressed and that's not cool. If you can't get people to apply then start paying your employees a more competitive wage.

In response to the "owner" of this location. That's cool you can attack my character and downplay my negative experience. I've had many positive interactions with staff at other locations who went above and beyond doing people a solid rather than trying to benefit from customers misfortunes. Just crappy luck this was the only location still open on that day. I just know better than to go to your location moving forward. Take care!

The problem with franchises is individual business are sometimes punished by the actions of the brand as a whole. What I mean by that is that the review of this individual location shouldn't be affected by the high prices of shipping, delays by the carrier, or overall policies that are dictated by the owning brand. If we want to give 1-2 stars to a company for their practices we shouldn't punish individual local stores that may affect the employment of others. If the service at the specific location was bad, employees rude or inattentive then sure !! 1 star for everyone but please keep that in mind when reviewing chains (mcds, Wendy's, Walmart and so on) With that being said, this location was fantastic. The place is clean and tidy and as soon as I walked in one of the employees stopped doing what she was doing to say hello and welcome me in then resumed what she was doing. It was not a fake "hey thank you for coming in" while not even making eye contact. I was promptly helped and while they were busy packaging some boxes, she stopped to take my items and determined what needed to be done. Overall, excellent service, great location and will definitely return and recommend to others.

Franchise location. They don't offer flat rate shipping, per the UPS website. Shipping supply pricing (boxes, tape...) is also inflated compared to other UPS stores I've been to.
