7/15/25 5:45PM. Feared for my safety: I dropped off a small return in its original cardboard box. After scanning my QR code, the cashier said with contempt: “that cardboard box is your problem, you need to take it with you”. Normally if I had been asked nicely to do this, it would not have been a problem. However, the guy was so rude, I deposited the small flat box in the trash on the way out the door. He came running out after me and threw the box on my truck. I got in my truck and locked the doors….then the cashier went back in the store and got my return and threw it in the parking lot while yelling and screaming. Wow. I’ve had bad service here before but have never been worried about my physical safety from an employee until now. Crazy.

No one in the store but me so employee did Amazon return for me. So much nicer than the complicated kiosk. If I have to use that, I leave.

The staff is extremely helpful and pleasant to talk to. Each time I have come in for a return they are always helpful if I run into an issue with the self service Amazon return area. They also handle each situation efficiently while never making me feel rushed which I truly appreciate since I usually have my two young children with me.

Came in today to have a letter notarized and documents mailed. The gentleman working here today was so helpful!! It got busy right as we walked in, this guy can multi task. Helped multiple people at once while being friendly and keeping a calm composure. Thanks for your help today!!

Customer 5+ years. Location provides consistent professional service. Staff work diligently assisting customers. Every effort is made to keep line moving. Just installed self-return kiosk for online returns - very convenient!

How does this place stay in business? It never open it’s posted hours I’m gonna call Amazon and tell them to this is ridiculous. This isn’t the first time it’s not been open on time. if they don’t have the employees or something put a sign in the window don’t make people stand around waiting for them.
