Driver's are either lazy and/ or liars. Claimed apartment not marked. Have lived at this address for the past 8 years. Side of building shows all addresses. One side is fenced. The other has a sidewalk. Doors marked with individual addresses. Oh, no, might have had to go up some stairs! Worse than USPS with this garbage!

All they do is logistics and they can't even get that right. Got the email yesterday that my package was going to be delivered today and a signature was required. I rearranged my schedule to make sure I'd be home at the posted 4-hour window and was even home 45 minutes prior to their stated window just to find out they already came by and left the note on my door. I even tracked it first thing this morning to make sure it was still on schedule, which it said it was. So, reading their email I decide to sign up for their online service thinking I could release the package on there, but no go. You can only request they reroute it. Wasted a bunch of my time and I still don't have my package. And now it looks like I'm going to have to waste more time and my own resources to pick the darn thing up myself. I guess that's what happens when you don't have any interest in quality customer service or customer service at all really.

Born and raised in Reno. Live in Southern Oregon now and send packages to my family a lot. 2 shipments in 3 weeks delayed after paying extra for the bells and whistles. My niece didn't get her bday present on a Friday when I paid 45 dollars to have it there and shipped it on a Tuesday. I decided to give them another shot- And now my dad isn't getting his fathers Day gift that was supposed to be there Friday and the excuse now is "package delayed due to operating conditions". well UPS your operating conditions sucks. I JUST SIGNED UP FOR A FED EX ACCOUNT. BYEEEEEEEEE

Two days in a row, two packages wrongly marked as delivered. No way to get a hold of customer service.

Change their business hours to close at 5:30 PM without updating their Google or their own system information. I had an important check to pick up today and a representative on the phone told me to show up at 6 PM which I did come to find out they’re closed already.

Several times now I have lost pkgs over their illiterate and incompetent drivers. I have given instructions for obtaining access to the ocked bldg and more , reported to the BBB , corporate etc and their idiotic local manager doesn't listen either to specifics to give his drivers! Lazy drivers lie and state no one is home , send pkgs back , and more... Or state they have no clue how to get into the bldg when management has provided their manager with codes , and a huge sign is on the front door with how to obtain entry !!!! Now I have lost temp sensitive cat medication that has been sent twice due to the incompetent UPS drivers and managers here in Sparks !!!! I have contacted the seller and Amazon to have a third try to get what I need and to have it sent any other way BUT UPS !!!!

Was waiting for a urgent package today even got it express delivery. Got the message it was delivered went to check my mailbox and it wasn't even in my mailbox it was on the floor next to it so anyone could just take it. Very lucky no one took it dont know what we would have done if it was taken. If the package says extremely urgent why would you just leave it on the floor on a busy road. Always a bad experience with them.

Over the last hour, I watched the truck (via the live map on the UPS app) dispatched from this location turn onto my street, decide the snow was too bad to make it another 1/4 mile (news flash: it wasn't) before turning around and driving 25 miles back to this location before updating my tracking with "unable to deliver: severe weather or emergency situation." Which was an absolute fabrication, but if I'd received that notification as it had happened, I wouldn't have been nearly as upset and may have even had sufficient time to arrange pickup at this center in Sparks. This is totally unprofessional and terrible customer service, all because this driver, so worried about a 1/4 mile of slushy snow, couldn't be bothered to chain up or tough it out. My package will now be delayed until Tuesday, I imagine. This is the 4th time I've had absolutely nonsensical delays from this depot, but I wasn't elbow deep in a plumbing repair awaiting critical parts the other 3 times. If your drivers can't handle inclement weather as mild as some messy slush on a wide, paved street with no traffic, then they shouldn't be driving. Totally unacceptable. Get it together, UPS. You used to be the best, now FedEx has become reliable than you. Is that where you want to be?Re: the photo: it was still daylight when the driver turned and fled from this obviously dangerous piece of road. Embarrassing.FURTHER UPDATE: The customer support line messaged this location with information to to contact me...this was at approximately 5:30pm PST. They did not contact me. You can see from the UPS response how completely disinterested they are in actually being any help at all.

Ups driver delivered 2 packages to wrong address. I opened a claim on one and it was closed in 3 minutes because they "couldn't reach receiver" which is me. I was available and waiting for contact from them. The second package can only have a claim initiated by sender from ebay. So I have to go through the proper channels for this one of a kind item. I called 800 number after 45 minutes on the phone was told local dispatch will send out driver for "same day follow-up." Haven't heard anything from anyone. I drove around neighborhood looking for house similar to photo and doesn't even look like any house in the area. Ups is not being helpful at all idk what to do.
