Our packages are frequently cut open, re-taped and delivered to us. It is quite obvious employees are opening them to see if there is anything inside they can hide up their meat wallets on their way out the ineffective guard shack. UPS should hire better employees. Whoever is delivering UPS packages at the villages arrowcreek parkway is to lazy or doesn't know how to READ the addressed packages this is the 2nd time I haven't recieved my package first time sent back to distribution center and I had to make calls everyday for a week until I finally got it Horrible!!.Today my dog food... read full comment

I have used the customer service center many times the employee's are great Never had any problems
