We had a great experience using U-Pack for our 1,000-mile relocation move. The drivers were friendly and responsive, and any customer service contacts were very pleasant. My only challenge was finding a padlock that worked to secure the bulkhead. The local home store did not supply any locks which met the requirements, so my shipment was picked up without the bulkhead being secure. My items were not disturbed in any way, however, but my suggestion to U-Pack would be to provide an option to purchase a padlock during the reservation process. Overall a wonderful experience!

I used U-pack moving, to move my home across country. During the entire process, I had to make several changes to the dates of the pick up and drop off and they were very responsive and provided quick feedback and updated charges along the way. When the truck arrived, the driver was very informative and explained how to use the ramp and how to load the trailer. As promised, they notified me when my truck was ready to be delivered and I was pleasantly surprised that there was no damage due to drivers actions. I highly recommend their service to anyone for short or long term moving.

Great experience from the start! The team was very responsive and helped make our move go very smoothly. Moving across country can be stressful but U-Pack made it so much easier from the in office staff, to the personable drivers, to the local drop off and pick agents. I greatly appreciate all of them. I would recommend them to any one considering a move.

This is the fourth time I have used ABF. They are exceptional. Every person I talked to through the process was polite, friendly, and knowledgeable. Every step was as explained and expected. The convenience of being able to use a little less or more footage than you estimate is wonderful and removes the stress of "can we fit everything." Leaving the driving to professionals is worth every penny.

This move was the 2nd time I've used ABF I-Pack moving and both times they have been absolutely great on both ends of the move. The 1st time it was from Vancouver Washington to Reno and this time from Reno to Fountain Valley California. Every step from the person on to the drivers to the timely notifications the move was flawless. I'm usually critical, but company is doing it right. I highly recommend them.

Start to finish this was an easy and cost effective method. Not necessarily the cheapest but for a cross country move it beats doing it yourself. The quote process is easy but each hub operates differently and scheduling isn’t as clear as it could be, knowing to call for specifics or plan to be contacted is not clear. Customer service is great and responsive. I will say the people we hired to pack did not understand how to load a trailer this large and WASTED a ton of space. If you plan to pack your self read the tips and watch the videos.

The truck came and went when it was supposed to. That worked. They said I needed 5' and sent a 30' truck instead of a pod. And then the truck sat 100 miles away for 4 days, apparently needing me to "release" it, which I was never told I needed to do. Having to negotiate the parking, for days, of a30' truck instead of a 10' pod was a royal pain all around. A challenge I did not understand fully. But that's not why the 1 star review. The one star review is because I used their recommended movers, who I would like very much to ensure ceases to exist. Moving Staffers,their recommended movers, were incredibly expensive, and essentially picked up labor on a corner somewhere--and paid them about $25/hour while billing me $175. And let me tell you, they weren't worth $25/hour. My three year old nephew understands the principles of stacking boxes better than these guys. These guys used **wardrobe boxes** as a base layer. They paid no attention to things marked fragile. They didn't bother to use the moving blankets I purchased. They only stacked 2/3 of the way up the truck, and thus cost me an additional 3' in the truck ($420). At least half the boxes came off the truck crushed. Three broken lamps. Two crushed tubs. My box spring has a broken strut. Three crushed wardrobe boxes (that's $50). And I just unloaded the truck, I have no idea what damage I will find in the crushed boxes. And they aren't liable. They are only liable if I saw them damage something while loading, or if I also used them to unload-- and after the incompetence I saw in their loading, I cancelled them for unloading (they also took 5 hours to do a two hour job. I was able to refuse to pay for the extra three hours). So, I had competent movers unloading me, but I can't hold Moving Staffers-- U-Pack's recommended movers-- responsible for the damages to my belongings. I wish zero stars was an option.

I highly recommend Upack and ABF Transportation. Upack staff were always so courteous and helpful. But ABF Transportation here in Reno is absolutely the best. Their customer service is top notch . They confirmed the trailer drop off the day before, the trailer was dropped off when they said it would be, the driver explained the process so I understood and because I had such a small load, they picked up the trailer the same day because they couldn't the next day due to how busy they are. I needed the trailer picked up the next day because of HOA rules and I couldn't wait until the 7/5. I absolutely would use them again. Awesome, awesome staff!!!!!

For the first time in my many life moves, I chose not to rent a truck. Initially, I was not familiar with the services UPack provided, but I took the plunge and boy am I glad I did. Every single person I talked to was helpful, professional, and patient. That's rare in any company. The service is well-designed to accommodate many circumstances, with ample time allotted for packing and unpacking the ReLo Cubes. I was a little concerned that they would not want to deliver the Cubes to my house and drop them on my front yard which is hard-packed gravel. But my worries were for naught. The Cubes came on time and they put them exactly where I needed them. I was able to start off on my trip, knowing that I did not need to be there for the Cubes to be picked up. When I arrived at my destination, I waited to be contacted, and my Cubes came in earlier than expected. Note: I would recommend to anyone who is planning to have your Cubes delivered to a storage unit, to make sure that facility allows for the Cubes to be dropped off while you unload. Usually the Cubes are picked up the next business day, but I was lucky enough to deal with Matt and Karen in the Colorado Springs service center and they made arrangements to have them picked up on the same day they were delivered. Kudos and thanks to them. All in all, it was a great decision to use UPack because I did not have to drive a truck across the frozen tundra of Wyoming and Utah, and I estimate I saved over$2200 versus the rental of a truck with all the added insurance, gas, grief, etc. Great service.

Good price if you need the whole truck. 28 feet. $5000, Then had to pay $3000 for only 8 feet use of the truck. Not a fair ratio.

We recently moved from Albuquerque to Reno and chose U-Pack over numerous other competitors - we were not disappointed. The Company was easy to deal with, answered questions, was on time, equipment was in good order. We liked that we had 5 days to pack ourselves and time on the other end to unpack. Trailer was delivered and placed exactly where we needed it and picked up/dropped off exactly when they said they would. We only paid for the space we used in the trailer. Would highly recommend as an option to other u-pack it companies.

The Trailers were delivered on time and the driver put the trailers where we needed them. The destination delivery was faster than expected which make completing the move much smother. At both ends of the move the drivers were courteous and professional. The U-Pack
