Please put donation drop off hours on Google or your website. They only accept donations until 5pm. We drove an hour and they wouldn’t accept our donation. Waste of time.

Nothing good to buy two times I went there.

Nasty workers. The cause may be good, but the donation receivers are just about as unfriendly and rude as they can be. It makes me wonder what the management is like. Is it a hostile environment? Are they like this with the people they serve? There are many other worthy causes with friendly people to give our things.

Don’t let the name fool you. This establishment is just using the good name of Habitat For Humanity but is owned by some dirt balls. I tried to buy a chair that was clearly marked 10$. The cashier (new) and her trainer both saw the chair and the price and rang me up. After driving around to the back and waiting 15 minutes, I saw an employee talking to the managers or owners or whatever these cigarette stained people were. Another 8 minutes and they come out and tell me the chair was miss priced and that I had to pay more. Classy. So between the employees that put the prices on, and the extra two that rang me up, it wasn’t the fault of the store somehow. They needed the extra 25 bucks more than using this as training for the people they have in the store. I think the best was the amount of homeless people hanging all around the parking lot.

I used to love this place and recommended that my clients donate to and purchase from the store. Unfortunately, prices have risen to levels comparable to that of new products at chain stores. With the lack of flexibility with returns and exchanges, it just doesn't make sense to purchase from this store. I will continue to recommend donations and love the mission, but feel the store needs to reassess pricing or provide a bit more consideration for customers.

No consistency or understanding of pricing. Since moving years ago and an apparent ownership shift, 0the useful selection has dwindled. There is more, but this owner/ franchisee has demonstrated disregard for anything customers have to say or question.

What a great place to save money at Lowe’s a 5 gallon bucket of paint $300 here at habitat for Humanity, $90, a 5 gallon bucket and $20 for a gallon, no reason to fund this extortion racket by retailers gouging the public shop and save here like I did $1,000 saving.

Don’t shop there. I purchased the wrong size headboard brought it back within an hour and they would not exchange it. $43.00 spent and Anthony said no exchanges. I thought this was a reputable organization to donate to.

This is one of my favorite stores to support. This store is essentially a giant home depot thrift store. I tend to forget to check this place out when I'm in a dire need of a home improvement item. I am not in the area much, but when I am I tend to find a lot of cool goodies. They do have a small section of thrift household items but overall they carry pretty new and lightly used items. Think of home depot returns, left overs from an over stocked store or even from a job site or home project. Anyways their mission statement and good they do and bring into the community is something I support. So in the future instead of tossing new/lightly used/good condition home items, see if they'll take it. If not come by and check this place out if you are doing some home or business renovations. I have picked up quite a bit of useful stuff for my home and new business. Everything from cleaning solutions to a brand new toilet plunger. Friendly and helpful staff along with customers.
