Not a pleasant experience!
They even emitted they made a mistake displaying and marking item but won't give me my money back.
I have donated and bought things before when they where next to mill end Fabrics but I won't go back!!!!
I was thinking of making a donation but not now. Items where in a plastic bin marked as •50 item in box where not marked. Was i to be a mind reader? Or a shopper that thinks item in the bin where •50.
They actually said they made a mistake but wouldn't refund my money when I questioned they about it.
They are to help people in need but want to rip off a 70 yr. Old woman!

I could spend days here. Any thing you need around house. You will most likely find here. Just dig in and spend a little time and you will find it there somewhere. It's well worth your time.

Absolutely horrible customer service.
BE AWARE! No returns or exchanges. You buy it you own it. Manager is a real piece of work for lack of a better expression. Employees are rude for the most part. Shop at other thrift stores, better products and 10 times better service. Horrible employees.

Great place for deals on a lot of stuff.
I leave two stars because I called recently and asked a lady if an item was still available that I saw a couple weeks back but couldn't afford then; she seemed surprised I would even ask this of her and I could tell she wasn't happy having to get out of her chair.. I was put on hold and less than a minute later she said its no longer available.. I doubt she even left her chair.
Well today I stopped by and there it was because I just knew she didn't even check.
As inconvenient as it was for you, lady, think about the inconvenience and cost of driving to the store from somewhere not so close when an employee who is currently there could just relay the requested information to a customer. Do better office lady; if you don't know then ask a coworker who would. I hope they replace her with someone who inspires humanity as the company name implies.
The front of house staff was great but this had to have been an office lady; my unsolicited advice? fire her and put a nice friendly front of house person in her position.

Don’t go here. I used to always donate here and always buy stuff but the prices are absolutely insane now. $20 for a single curtain, $20 for a single light bulb that’s half the price brand new on Amazon. $5 for 3 year old window cleaning spray that costs $2 brand new. Whoever is pricing items is very confused because they’re overshooting and exceeding retail prices. Also the under pay their poor employees..

Counter person was RUDE. Lady, if you don't like your job, quit. The negativity in that place was off the charts. These people are doing a terrible job of representing the HFH brand.
I definately won't be returning to this business.

Please put donation drop off hours on Google or your website. They only accept donations until 5pm. We drove an hour and they wouldn’t accept our donation. Waste of time.

Nasty workers. The cause may be good, but the donation receivers are just about as unfriendly and rude as they can be. It makes me wonder what the management is like. Is it a hostile environment? Are they like this with the people they serve? There are many other worthy causes with friendly people to give our things.
