The Tri-Maids crew -- Celelia, Maria, and Aracely -- work very hard and cheerfully and do a great job! We are very happy with how they do the regular house cleaning. Thank you very much for their services as well for their office staff, Michelle and Celeste!!

While the cleaning team of Tri Maids was nothing but pleasant and a joy to work with the management side of this company is in complete shambles. The management team is struggling to maintain a schedule that they themselves cannot guarantee. Never having a solution for any issues caused by their company and overall they are just bad people. I would not recommend this service to another and would advise them to seek out other cleaning services.

I called a week before in a panic explaining how I needed someone to come within the next week. The receptionist said no problem and told me they could get someone in the following week. I called the day they were supposed to come to give them instructions on how to get into the building and the receptionist informed me they booked me for 3 weeks from now. Was not apologetic or helpful in correcting the error THEY made at all either. Do NOT book w them- not reliable! There was also no talking over or yelling going on- the immense amount of terrible reviews of this company speak for themself, don't waste tour time.

Cleaning was adequate, however late on multiple occasions, missed at least one room or bathroom a couple of times. I think their prices were adequate, however service lacked and were not regular, as agreed upon.Services: Standard cleaning

I am not happy with this company at all. After each cleaning I have to message the office to mention things that were not cleaned. Today was my last cleaning, I've canceled future cleans. My kitchen mats have not been wiped once, my shower door has a lip that had not been cleaned once, my rugs get missed with the vacuum, the spot behind my kitchen sink has not been cleaned once. These are all pretty obvious things a cleaning company should be getting, ESPECIALLY since I leave out notes for them to clean these areas because they miss them after each and every cleaning. I definitely DO NOT recommend. I hate to come home from work and have to re-clean my home after being charged a full amount.Service: Standard cleaning

Dishonest and unprofessional. Hired them in March, We agreed to $75.00, 11AM every other week and consistent cleaners. They raised the price to $90.00 claiming it took 90 minutes and then the crews (new almost every time) began working ONLY 45 minutes, not the 90 minutes Michelle the manager told me was needed when she requested a price increase. When I repeatedly asked for an explanation, Michelle (the manager) began ignoring me and then after 4 weeks, told me," The team tends to be able to get the home cleaned in a shorter time once they are used to a home." How are new teams used to my home when you change teams almost every week? Not only a ridiculous answer, but she kept charging me the $90.00 for half the time spent? She actually sent me this "solution". Hello, RipWe apologize that we did not send the same crew to your house; we have had new members and we are working on training them, however we hope we could have a set team for you in the future.Today the time was only 45 min. because there was a team of 3 instead of the normal 2. Another lie ~ there were only TWO sent. I TOLD HER THAT there was only 2 people. ...She actually sent me this! So very sorry for the delayed response. Yes, the first team that originally went to the home told me that they would need more time to do a through job. We give a price for a standard clean. If you would like, we can lower the price back down to what it was, and the team will be there for 1 hour and 5 mins and leave when that time is up. (No team has EVER spent more than 45 minutes at my home since she raised my price to $90.00. Over a month ago they again raised my price to $95.00 without notification or my approval) Is this what you would like to do? SO SHE OFFERS TO GO ~ BACK TO THE ORIGINAL $75.00 PRICE AND ADD 20 MINUTES TO THE TIME SPENT HERE????? Speaking of time.... I allowed Michelle to determine the day and time for my cleanings. She told me, 11AM on Wednesdays. So far the teams have arrived anytime between 7:55AM last week to as late as 4:55 PM. You NEVER get a phone call advising you of this. You are expected to sit and wait I guess. Would you give your house keys to a company that sends someone new your house every two weeks? Last visit, I got a jumbled phone call at 7:45 AM someone "trying" to tell me they will be here in 10 minutes. She didn't speak English. When they arrived ~ Two new girls that came in and shrugged their shoulders, as if to say, What do we do? Hard to retrain your cleaning crew every two weeks when they don't speak English and you don't speak Spanish! They cleaned 45 minutes (it's always 45 minutes so I am certain they have been instructed to spend 45 minutes and not a minute longer) Now to add insult to injury, Michelle finally responded to my inquiries by telling me, "We have removed you from the schedule." The office Management Team was absolutely horrible!!!!My email from them stated that a team of 2 people would be at my rental between 11:30 and 12:30.At 12:45, I called and was told that they were on their way. At 1:15, I again called and was told that they could not be there until 3 pm. At 3:15, 2 Ladies showed up and I showed them around the completely empty and clean house. I needed a nice touch up prior to placing the home on the market for sale.The charge was $210 and I paid with a check from my rental account.Two days later, they called me and said that they were unable to charge my card. They apparently attempted to charge my personal debit card 4 times with different amounts and my Credit Union froze my card. I never have any money of substance in that account. Once we cleared up that drama, they called back to tell me that I owed an additional $85. After a very heated discussion, they waived this amount.Aside from this disturbing occurrence, the cleaning Ladies did a fantastic job.

After the miserable performance for months and The manager telling me she will No Longer send a crew to my house....... I got a phone call on the next Wednesday from them asking if they could come early today? Really? Yes, apparently they are just that disorganized and unprofessional. Now I am using CLEANING4U And I am very happy with their services. Call Carla at 527-4096 for an in person estimate.

I did a move out cleaning special before renting my house out, they mostly did a good job cleaning, but they left the bathtub dirtier than it was before they got there with whatever cleaning solution they used leaving dark colored drip marks all around it

I was so disappointed in their service, they did not keep up to date notes on my schedule. They agreed to call the day before, as I was working from home and needed a set day. This did not happen, they would call minutes before arriving, leaving me on at least one occasion without service because I couldn't be on the call at the random time they arrived. When I called the manager, Marie, I was told there were notes in the file. Convenient way to handle customer service. When asked for a specific day and time monthly, Marie said she would call me back. She had her asst call and tell me it wasn't possible to schedule that way. That was it. I'm done. On the last day, again, no call the day before, I asked for the all the furniture to be pulled out from wall downstairs and vacuumed behind, dust, bathrooms, no kitchen, no sills, nothing else. It did not happen. Pictures posted....I called Marie AGAIN, and she sent them back to do it, however I had pulled all the furniture out to do it. So not only did I do half the job myself, but they charged me for it.

Awful awful never use this service incompetent extremely Michelle the office manager at this site is awful they don't keep their appointments on time they show up at six when they're supposed to be there between 1230 and two do not use their service it's awful. Definitely 4 Pinocchio's. It IS TRUE. THEY THEY WERE CLEANING AT 6:15. Another example of a poorly run office she needs to go back and check the records
