Had a delivery here on Friday night. Showed up few hours early and was got a dock right away. Luis greeted me outside to break seal and had me unloaded within 30 minutes. Best service I’ve had in a long time.

I arrived 12 hours before the scheduled unloading time, the friendly guard checked me and sent me to the unloading area. unloading took ten minutes. Everything was great???

Very simple process from check in to loading. Trailers must be clean! This is food products. They have a wheeled ladder, broom, shovel and dumpster for you to use. I cleaned mine the night before in the dark but had to go over it before backing in. Not a problem. Start to finish took an hour. Close and seal your trailer before getting back to the guard gate. More shippers need to be like this.

Was told strict appt. Waited the 18 hours till appt time only to be told they are open 24/7. Nice people just bad policy's.

Worst place I've ever had the misfortune to work at. Employees act like highschool girl clicks and the managers are highly incompetent.

Easy in and out. This place is only 1 mile from the Petro which makes it a bonus. Stay there the night before and if not booked on a load yet you have a place to go back until u get one. Be sure to check out my YouTube channel at thetourettestrucker
