“I'm actually really late putting in my review but I still haven't forgotten how pleased I was with the service. Went in to ask about getting a quart of oil which is something they don't normally do but they did for me. In return after talking with the gentleman at the counter it would be wise to get an oil change so I made an appointment. The gentleman at the counter I believe his name is Chris was very friendly, very informative. John was very nice as well. He even sent me a text a few months later to ask how everything was. Who does that anymore. They do. I would recommend them to everyone. Trust worthy, knowledgeable, helpful. Its been almost a year since I went to them and I'm sorry my review is late. Thank you so much.

“Dwayne is a rock star. We were driving from Sacramento to SLC when we had a cylinder start to misfire. We were calling every one to find someone who would get us in after 3pm. “I brought my 2016 Hyundai Elantra in to have the Crankshaft sensor replaced. They could have just gone in and replaced the sensor. Instead, they did a full and complete inspection of my entire car. I know that running a diagnostic test prior to repairing is common practice. I just feel that they went above and beyond my expectations.
The service advisor that helped me from start to finish was Zac. His experience, knowledge and ability to provide phenomenal customer service was top notch. He even called me to follow up and make sure everything was perfect. I truly appreciate that.

“My 2013 Mercedes GL450 broke down while visiting from out of town and I took it to the folks at Metric Motors and had an excellent experience. They diagnosed the internal engine problem, ordered the parts and got me back on the road at a very fair price.
