“I don't normally write reviews, but Andy's Automotive was so helpful when I was in a tough spot that I had to share my positive experience with them.
I was visiting Reno when I was in a bit of a car accident. I had to drive four hours back home the following day, so I was hoping my car could be looked at asap so I knew if it was safe to drive long distances. I was referred to Andy's Automotive and they were so nice on the phone and offered to look at it that day. When I brought my car in, they immediately started examining it and determined my tires were out of alignment. I didn't even have to leave the shop and pick it up later; they fixed the tires for me right then. I am very appreciative of Andy & his team - I was a bit shaken after the accident, and they really put me at ease and were so pleasant the entire time. If I'm back in the Reno/Sparks area and have car trouble again, I will definitely be going back to Andy's Automotive!
***UPDATE***: It's like the universe read my last sentence in my first post and decided to manifest it. I was back in Reno only a week later in a different car and unfortunately that car broke down. I didn't think twice about where to go - I immediately called a tow truck to take the car to Andy's Automotive in Sparks. They were once again so helpful and offered to take a look at it (even though this is now the second time I came calling without an appointment). They fixed it up and I was able to drive it the four hours back home without a problem. Thank you, Andy's Automotive!”

“On 8-9-24 I had a nail in my tire. My husband said “go to tires plus they are the best and will take care of you”. I got there at 7am when they first opened!! Katie Givens was amazing!! She got me right in, fixed my tire and had me back on the road by 7:35am. I am so thankful!!!

“This Pep Boys has been here forever and the service is still great. I limped my car in on a Thursday morning and they helped me so much, especially when I knew I couldn't limp the car back out without the repairs (I saw the photos, common part failure at the worst possible time). Nicole at the front desk was especially wonderful and worked through options with me, tried to find discounts where she could on parts, etc. Plus their warranty on the work is incredibly good. Would recommend and will definitely go back when I need maintenance again.”
“Great mechanics who serviced an 06 Chevy Tahoe bearings and hubs. Will return to them as they will be my go to mechanics for my other vehicles. Wheel alignment was impressive. Truck was taken off the rack and again put back on to ensure adjustments were done correctly . My truck is lowered so other places just align it and kick me out the door. Not the guys at Sparks. They did a great job.”

“I arrived with a nail in my tire looking to get repaired. Upon further inspection Two nail plus a slash in my tire was found. I was heading on a road trip in 4 days and the shop was able to get me into new tires within 1.5 hours, even though I didn't have an appointment. Pricing was good. The only thing I would have liked would have been the information for sending in for the mail in rebates i was told were available. I am not sure if the rebates were for Bridgestone or for the Firestone. I ended up with Firestones, so it is possible the Firestone tires were not part of the rebate. Overall I was happy with everything I received and felt the value to be great.”
