The customer service I received with The Half-A-Dime Mortgage Team was amazing. Nancy Segoviano was quick to help my husband and I with our Heloc. He customer service is amazing and was willing to stay after office hours to help us with the entire process. The process didn’t take more than 24 hours. Best please to get a heloc from, super quick and easy.

Movement Mortgage was the best mortgage company I have ever worked with. In particular, Carrie Rule (and her team) was amazing. She helped me get the loan that worked best for me, I could call her anytime and she was always available, and she is just a delightful person. My loan was closed in 3 weeks! Movement Mortgage was fantastic and I highly recommend them.

John Nichols, and everyone over there at Movement have made every transaction easy and quick. Everything was done over the phone and internet, with very good communication. As a repeat costumer of the Half-A-dime team, I couldn’t be happier with the results of John, Jennifer, Jamie and Alyssa. All have helped me separately in different ways and have been outstanding. They treat you like how your grandma, mom, sister or even best friend would want to be treated. No red tape and loop holes. Anytime I’ve had a quest they message me directly and quickly. The best part is they always had my back, no matter what things went sideways, as they often do when one closes on a home. Can’t say enough nice things about the Half-a-dime mortgage team!

We have worked with Movement in three different states, and four mortgages, (going back to the Eagle Mortgage days in WA). What keeps me coming back is the knowledge of each of these mortgage specialists and their support staff. They are friendly and efficient, and have never once let me down.We have worked with John Nichols twice, and will definitely refer others to him when they have mortgage needs!!

Jennifer and John are the best. They helped us find the perfect price point and we knew we could email them and get a response within an hour which is super Important in our market. They walked us through the process and were not scared to tell us if we were being crazy. 10/10 would recommend and will use again when we need to buy a new house.

The entire Half-A-Dime Mortgage team was incredible as always! We moved across the United States and knew that the only company we'd want handling our loan was Movement. To complicate things, we required a closing that was not in the same state as our new home but Jamie and the team at Movement ensured all of the documents were prepared well in advance to make this happen and gave me a clear understanding of what to expect. Special shout out to Jamie who answered all of my questions timely (even when I wasn't always timely back...sorry Jamie!) and she was so genuine! Thanks Movement!!!
