Not impressed with these flowers. A few were broken and I removed them before I took the photos. The delivery date was supposed to be on Friday but they didn't come till Sat morning. Maybe they sat in a delivery vehicle overnight? I'll update the review if it looks better after they drink water and the flowers open more.

The flowers were supposed to be delivered, for my birthday, before I left for the day…..they weren’t. They were left outside in 95° weather on an aluminum, very hot wheelchair ramp, and yes, half were wilted and very limp….flowers and greenery. In this weather they should have been taken back and delivered when home, as requested. Very disappointed with this outcome, I’d think again before using The Flower Garden!!!

My father sent me flowers for Mother's Day through "The Flower Garden Florist". They were beautiful and had a lovely fragrance. It's more than two weeks later...and even though some of the blooms have wilted and petals have fallen...it is still quite beautiful. They had added some buds that bloomed and created a whole new bouquet. Thank you!!

I was sent a teleflora arrangement for Easter from this business. Being disappointed with the horrible looking arrangement, so I complained to the owner. You cannot imagine the excuses I received blaming teleflora for her mistakes. I was so disgusted looking at the arrangement, I had to remake the flower arrangement with flowers I bought for myself. I have taken many classes in floral design, and can tell whether a designer knows what they are doing. This business does not know about design, or the scale used for flowers arranged in a container. If you still want to use the business, I suggest showing them a picture, stand there while being arranged, and you do the delivery. If you call in the order, and have it delivered it will not look like the picture. I highly suggest you do not waste your money, go out and buy beautiful flowers at the grocery stores, and hand deliver. The problem is, a recipient will not complain to the sender. Their money has been wasted, and the business thrives.

I was extremely disappointed in the arrangement that was made for one of our family members. I asked for springy and bright to cheer someone up. This does not look springy and bright to me. Not only that, basic rules of design were not used at all. I did not read the reviews beforehand and I don’t leave reviews myself. I will now read reviews. They already state exactly what happened to me. I wish I would have taken my $100 elsewhere so I wasn’t embarrassed of the arrangement that was received.

Horrible Service!!!! I put a "Star" because software won't let a person leave a comment without.... - Zero Stars!!! Is what I'll give this horrible business! This business disappointed me as well as my wife!!! I purchased a "Premium feel my heart arrangement " (24) long steam rose's a week before Valentines Day and to my Discussed, They sent a standard arrangement & responded with: the price I paid was for - Delivery charge and price per rose... This response is not listed in their website catalog!! This is a very disgusting practice to sell a high-end item for a standard item... Bait and Switch bootleg BS.. I tried texting and calling to insure a Morning Delivery on Valentines Day... I was not answered.... I called the day of and met a lot of Resistance, Attitude and excuses of they're very busy..... Anyhow, my wife got her arrangement 5 minutes before she left work... The staff is uncaring and rude!!! Worst Local Business I've tried thus far in my 9 years as Nevadan. Please Beware of not getting what you've actually paid for!!!! Unprofessional image for Reno!!!

Absolutely amazing service and BEAUTIFUL flowers. I also asked if they could adjust a color and they helped making it such a wonderful gift for a wonderful teacher on her birthday!!! They delivered to the school in a timely fashion. They made this so easy especially because I ordered these from out of town. Same day delivery. They also sent me a photo to check if it was what i ordered which was very kind! If you want to get something for someone special this is the place.

Ordered a Christmas tree shaped from box wood with bright red bows and gold balls or bells. What was received did not even resemble what was represented on The Teleflora site.

We are from out of state, and ordered flowers through a flower delivery service for a family funeral. We paid for an arrangement with 4 variations of plants and small arrangement of flowers and a beautiful bow. What we received was a peace Lilly plant with a tiny limp bow. No flowers and no additional plants. I called The Flower Garden Florist and was told to bring it back. After the service was over we did just that. The manager of the shop was rude, stated we did not return it right away (did she expect us to walk out in the middle of the service to return her plant?) She justified the lack of flowers with a response "there was no room." She then told us "we were getting an $80 plant. It will grow a white flower in a few weeks." As a horticulturist I can honestly say I could have gotten the plant at a local Lowes for $30 if that's what I wanted for the service. The arrangement ordered was not what was delivered, and the manager of The Flower Garden Florists service was abhorred. Saving grace in all this is the online ordering service provided a full refund.
