Drove in unannounced into my driveway. Told me that they had many customers in my area and today they had redeliveries that they were trying to sell and that some deal or another would also include a 5 cubic freezer which was stacked on top of their truck. I tried to ask some questions but she insisted on getting a box out of the back and opening it up. Only after showing me each and every bit in the box did she present a price list. Notably the box was over $650 and was noted as having around 50 servings without saying what the serving size was. I had to ask several times to get an answer as to the poundage on the box so that I could do the math. When I told her that that was outside my price range and I was no longer interested she dropped the price in half when I indicated I was still not interested she continued to pressure me to make a sale. I finally had to tell her that while she seemed very nice she was pressuring me to make a purchase and I was not interested.
This is not the way to get new customers. If they really were trying to get rid of excess stock then they would have started with the half off deal and would have been upfront about the poundage so that you could do the math on the price per pound.

My experience with Butcher’s Choice of Nevada has been incredibly frustrating. First, the way they knock on the door is so loud and aggressive, it feels like someone running from the police—completely unnecessary. They always use the same lame excuse: supposedly, someone in the neighborhood canceled their order, and they’re trying to sell off the meats before their shift ends. Such a transparent and lazy sales tactic. To top it off, they woke up my 2-month-old baby by banging on the door and ringing the bell so hard. When I asked which business canceled their order, they couldn’t give me a clear answer. On top of everything, the employees are rude and have a complete lack of professionalism. It’s beyond annoying and incredibly unprofessional. Avoid them at all costs.

Glue meat!! Disgusting! We paid $400 for a box. Hard earned money down the drain, we ended up giving it to our dogs. (no joke)! Very expensive dog food. Never again!

Heard random knock at my door. There was a man with “The Butchers Choice of Nevada” shirt on, I remember from my old house the same company came around. At the time I didn’t have the funds to support the business/ veterans. But this time around I made sure i did. Wasn’t really needing of beef or sea food but Mark Winship made an amazing pitch. Honestly he gave me a great deal. Personally for me supporting veterans was my pleasure. Getting a deal on beef and sea food was a blessing! Highly recommend The Butchers Choice ! Thank y’all for your service. (Again the food I received, good or bad is only food. I’m grateful to give and receive from good people) God Bless !

Was working in my shop when a rep invited himself/herself in and pressured us to buy large amounts of food. When told we had no money because the snap on truck just came by they got mad and packed up and left leaving bits of plastic and trash. Not pleased do better next time.

We attended a Las Vegas home show and were excited to support our veterans. We spent around $600 on a package they offered, which included free ribs and bacon. The home delivery was punctual, and the package contained a lot of meat. Although we don't eat pork and had no choice in receiving it, we gave it to a fixed-income family.
Unfortunately, we were disappointed with the quality of the meat. The packaging was done unprofessionally, and some individually packaged cuts were not sealed properly. For example, a box of 6 ribeyes contained pieces that varied in color, and some cuts appeared poorly butchered. The flavor was unimpressive. Having tried it once, we will not be purchasing from them again. We are very disappointed.

Great food, Great service, Great people. Seems like Bobby always knows when to show up. I just found out this week that they upgrade your freezer annually. Loving my bigger chest freezer.

First off this salesma invited himself deep into my garage and right next to my door to my house. Not ok. I was legit interested in the offer this salesman pitched. I was not comfortable making a purchase without my husband being there. He ridiculed me by saying “oh you have to have permission to buy groceries?” To which I said “this is not a small amount to be purchasing on a whim with out my husband here”. This man wouldn’t let me even touch the pamphlet. Also not ok. I told him to “please come back at the end of the week when my husband is here” and when I was firm he packed everything up and wouldn’t even acknowledge my presence on my own driveway. He waved me off as if I was a nuisance, and was incredibly rude.
He said he was the original employee. He’s covered in tattoos.
Do better. Especially since I would have made the purchase if my husband was there.

So, Bobby and his buddy driving came up our road and did a bang up job selling us an 800.00 pkg. We have had some steaks, cheese cake, pork and chicken out of our order and I have no real complaint other than WHERE YOU GUTS BEEN!? BOBBY was friendly, informative and worked with us on getting into our price bracket! The first steaks may have been a little on the tough side? But still WAY WAY better than anything we have bought locally from the grocery store! The chicken and pork have been prime quality and enjoyed emmensly!! The cheese cake however, well.... it seemed to be missing that CHEESECAKE flavor. But was still devoured...lol we look forward to working with Bobby and Butchers choice in the future! Thankx for finding us all the way in the back of the park!!!

TELL THESE PEOPLE TO GET LOST IF THEY APPROACH YOU.
I spent over $500 and myself and boyfriend ended up with food poisoning. I thought hey maybe I cross contaminated while cooking, but nope it’s definitely the foul steaks because it happened again. I wish I had thought to read the reviews before spending my hard earned money on this trash that I won’t even feed my dog.

Just had these salesman pitch me their meats because they had a “delivery cancelation in my neighborhood”. Yeah, okay. They look like they have quality food and i was actually very interested in buying their stuff in the future. When i told the salesman/owner I couldn't purchase their product today, he took the brochure right out of my hand stating it costs him a dollar to print them out, assuming i wouldn't purchase from them ever. You were wrong and that is not the way to sell your stuff. I really hope you do better in the future. Just flat out rude and I will never recommend this to anyone because of this interaction.
