It is so sad that they are putting a dishwasher in my home but required my elderly mother to get on her hands and knees to clean out the space before they would put the new one in. Then you would think as men that they would at least help her off the ground when having a had time getting up!!!!!!!!.......... BUT NOPE JUST STOOD THERE UNTIL SHE GOT HERSELF UP!!!

Tech Disconnected my dryer to assist in diagnosis of issue. Left and refused to come back to reconnect. Owner said I had to pay to have pay my vent professionally cleaned out ( which was clean and not the issue) before they would come back to reconnect. Not a good customer experience. They never came back.

After A&E Factory service broke our washer when they were supposed to fix it, the technician from The Appliance Store fixed it. They called to ask if they could come early, which was greatly appreciated. They even pointed out that the technician Josh from A&E factory service through Sears Home Warranty probably didn't connect the hose correctly to try to scam us out of money. Glad our washer is fixed, thanks Appliance Store!!!

Very unprofessional, answered the phone with ZERO professionalism, extremely unAmerican, didn't wish to speak with me regarding my concern. And wonder why they are getting more and more 1 to 0 star ratings.

They tried to extort me. Said there cc machine was down, so pay with check or cash. I figured they didn't receipts so I used a check. Days later I was called saying you check was returned 3 times so they say a 35b dollar fee applies now. Puzzled, I called my bank. My bank said the check was never attempted to be cashed. Dishonest!

they sell dirty used appliances that don't work and will break things in your house installing appliances. they are rude do not do business here!

Put wrongs parts in and then charged for them. This is a crooked business. I'm out hundreds now and no fix.

Scammers. Tell you to buy parts then you can't return like they said. I just had to eat $250. I would buy your parts online. Thus place is a horrible place to do business with.

Our old managers TSD Rentals started using these guys about a year ago to replace our stove and now a dryer for the 3rd time. The Appliance Store came in and replaced our heavy duty, self cleaning, auto cook-timing range with a low budget, do nothing, half broken one. We had to call them back 5 minutes after they installed it to fix the broken door and put back on the rubber that literally fell off when I opened it. The next day we found ROACHES living under the hood with nests of eggs!!! Thank God my husband took care of the infestation. We also started using Terminex every 3 months since then to be extra sure. So 5 stars to Terminex and -1 for the appliance store.
