I have had good experience here. I would recommend this place. I have never had any problems using their services. I also support local businesses and would recommend them because they are local.

Super rude I called to ask about a simple question and see if he could help I was willing to pay for the extra service i need done and he just went off telling me to stop being cheap and to go back to turbo tax to get help, I was being super friendly and was just calling to get a quote for their prices and he went all rude and condescending on me for no reason. Being professional and just saying no I can’t help you would have been more then enough.

This is a good place to get your taxes done. There prices are fair and better than the big companies that do taxes. I would try to come here during a slow day and you could get your taxes done without an appointment. But they do prefer having an appointment. To set an appointment call 775-331-7555. So it is only Dr. Guillermo Almeyda working and if he is booked don't go there because he will be busy. I would suggest to get an appointment. But I went in on a Monday around 930-1000am he wasn't to busy. So he took me in. I am always for supporting small business and he has been here for a while now. Dr. Guillermo is a good guy. I have never had any issues with him and my experience has always been good. As for parking you will have to find some on Wright Way St. and park on the street. As for paying for his services it is a lot cheaper than going to H&R Block. Let just say I would have paid probably $100 more if I went elsewhere. As I was saying earlier his office only has one person doing the taxes and that's him. So he is busy when he has appointments but if you catch him on a good day he can get you in without an appointment. Just call to check his schedule. For my experience I feel like I get a better one on one experience with him than someone at H&R Block. Thanks for reading my review and support local business.
