My name is Joe Brock I use to work for this owner erik he owns several shops now he's trying to do roof max I do not recommend him or his company for anything I left a few months back and still have not been payed my money he's blocked me on his phone the company cell phones you call in to get someone booking your appointment at he's not a local owner he lives in Utah Harriman to be exact I would not use this company he will only rip you off

I used a coupon to clean my vents on 5/2021 and ended up buying a UV air purification system in the amount of $1250. The technician Allen said that the company would come out in a year and a half and replace the bulb. Even charged me $100 for future cleaning and now I can't get a hold of them. Their mailbox is full and I can't leave a message. I tried their contact number in Sacramento but that number did not work either. I am going to go to their office to see if someone will answer the door and ask what is going on. I too am a disappointed customer and wish they would surface to complete the work. I thought Allen did a good job of cleaning the vents but now the company is unreachable. WOW!

We had this company clean our vents two years ago and were quite pleased with the job. This year I scheduled 6 weeks ahead and must echo the comments of others: no show, no call and no response to multiple inquiries about whether they would come to do work.Never again would I use this company and wonder how they stay in business.

We set up the appointment 5 weeks ago. I took the day off work, moved all the furniture to clear a way for the vents. The appt was for 10:00 am. At 11:00 am I called, no answer and I left a voice mail. Called 12:00 left voicemail, called again 1:00 pm left voicemail again.. no show all day. Called last time at 2:30 again no answer and I again left a voicemail. I see that this happens a lot after reading the reviews. I should charge them for my lost of wages for the day.. maybe I will just to make a point because they do this a lot. All they had to do was call me and explain what happened.

I had an issue with my new thermostat. I received excellent service. It was so easy to get a quote and schedule an appointment (all through the site messaging). When he arrived, he was very nice and was very respectful. Cleanliness was clearly a priority. On top of that, he walked me through an explanation of what was happening and even gave some additional advice around my AC unit. Highly recommend the services here. Great company with a lot of expertise!I couldn't just speak more of what they did,I would recommend this company for anyone who has an issue like mine.

I contacted Tahoe Clean air and asked about setting vent cleaning. It's something I hadn't thought much about but after some research I realized that this was essential to keeping my home clean and safe for my entire family. The person on the phone was very attentive and went through the process and cost explaining discounts I'd receive for bundled services. This company has been around for over 60 years and it shows! They were very knowledgeable and friendly. I even found out about renting a sanitizer for my basement that was on sale right now if I got my vents cleaned out. There was so much I didn't know about the harmful affects of not having my vents cleaned that the comapny made me aware of and I'm grateful. Overall an excellent experience! Looking forward to working with this company for many years to come.

In speaking with Krystal over the phone, it is apparent that Tahoe Clean Air has great customer service. I called with some clarifying questions and she was able to answer them all. She was nice and informative. Their website is very helpful in explaining what they have to offer and I would definitely recommend them to anyone in need of clean air services.

These guys are first rate. I called reno to see if they would say the same thing as another co that was recommending a new unit. They did confirm the need for a new unit but did a couple of things differently that gave me more confidence in them. For example, unlike the other company, they did not offer to find and fix the leak because they said I would need to replace the unit soon regardless (so they would be taking my money without much benefit to me). Also, while the other co said the freon for my old system was hard to get and very expensive, these guys used a compatible substance that cost less and worked just as well. But they really won my loyalty when they hired a co to recoat our floor after the tape they used to put down protective paper took off some of the varnish. They immediately admitted that the streaks were caused by the tape and had it fixed within just a few days. I've never had a service co that responsible before!

After checking various companies, I believe this is the real deal from prices, range of services and customer service. I feel confident and well informed to have them clean my aunts air ducts just for starters. You can call, email or check their website and see for yourself this company exceeds all expectations.

I spoke to Crystal when I called about information having a technician to come in and clean my ducts. She was very knowledgeable about what the process would be and what tools they would be using. She also explained about cleaning out the dryer vents when the tech was there , same day.

We hired Tahoe Clean Air to do our entire HVAC system. The tech did a good job and the price was fair enough. Part of the promotion was that they would clean our dryer vent for free, which he did and upon completion told us to give them a call if our dryer stops working properly because sometimes they knock stuff loose so they would need to come back out. Well that's exactly what happened, so I called and left a message... 5 times... Still have NEVER heard back after a month. Spend your money somewhere else.

I contacted TCA through a coupon I received to clean our vents. Scheduled for service between 8 am to 10 am today. No show, no call. Contacted office, assistant said she would call supervisor. Said supervisor is not answering, nor is tech answering his phone. I said if there not here by 10:30am I'm calling and canceling. Well canceled appointment as no show or communication from this company. There are nothing but poor reviews regarding this company, regarding no call, no show. Who runs a business that you don't communicate to your customers or show up. It tells me the company is not honorable or has any integrity from the owner, supervisor and technician. There complaints of poor workmanship, damage complaints and surprised they haven't been litigated. No honest or professional company operates like this business. There license should be revoked.

I paid to have all my vents cleaned. This included the main and return. Noticed dust coming from the floor registers. Did some investigating and found that the main & Return were extremely filthy. Then when I called and showed photos & videos I was told that it was because of the air handler that I didn’t pay to clean. Then I responded with photos of my main which had dead frogs and mice in them and also dust that looked like it’s been there for a long time. Very obvious that If I didn’t have any experience W/HVAC I would have been taken advantage of. I asked for a refund and they told me no & that they can only re-clean. Trust to do a correct job has been broken simply how management’s response was to blame instead of ownership of corners being cut. Then I was told I was being rude and was hung up on from the manager. My advice to anyone is don’t assume that you’re ducts are cleaned because you’re told so. Request proof of before/After ESPECIALLY for the Main/Return Lines.

I paid to get me vents including Main/Return Cleaned. Found that neither were cleaned. Even after taking photos/Videos.. didn’t get one apology neither did I get any clue of ownership from Tahoe clean air management. Instead I was told I was being rude.. then I asked for “An Example” of my rudeness, then I got hung up on.
