A 1 star is still too good for this place. Employees smoking cigarettes inside around the food area. Which could be a big deal, but there's no food. There is nothing in the warmers and nothing on the rollers. Place smells absolutely disgusting. The bathrooms are a complete mess. Definitely will not ever ever stop here again for any reason.

Has to be the worst TA in the state. New management is terrible. Trash every where. Bums sleeping in laundry rooms. Always out of 2 sodas. Never any toilet seat covers. Food is stale an dry. Pot holes everywhere. Definitely needs attention and restoration

There's a male cashier from India who has to be the rudest man in Reno. I stopped for a shower and walking in passed by a truck where two dogs somehow opened the door on the truck. They were barking and acting extremely aggressive to people walking by. I told the cashier there what was going on and he starts waving me off yelling I don't care go away, I don't care!!! Two weeks later I come out of the fuddruckers and he again yelling at a trucker again waving in his face, yelling I don't care, I don't care , thank you go away.. management needs to something about this ahole..

Tuesday afternoon. there is ZERO TP and hand soap in the mens room. if you come here you might want to bring your own. wonder how the employees wash their hands? i was instructed to contact corporate. it appears they won't order enough supplies. now i'll sit back and wait for the automated response. in other words they could care less

Cool looking place. The older guys there are cool but almost all the older women who work graveyard will ignore you. They will look at you right in your face while you stand there in front of the register and continue stocking.

Truckers If you want to take shower here bring your portable heater in shower room bcuz they purposely set the temperature to lowest to almost freezing especially mornings, This is complete torture to us truckers. If their lazy employees cant clean showers jus put the sign No Showers available, jus simple as that. Hopefully sleeping management here will look into it some day

The casino stinks up the whole truck stop with cigarette smell which is disgusting to those who don't smoke and Restrooms are kept up with. Just dirty!! I took a shower and came out smelling like I was at a dang bar. Worst truck stop ever! Doesn't matter where you are in there, stinks like dang smoke!

Be careful here. Thieves set up shop here too. And TA is the only truck stop that doesn't have a tire inflation machine. Not only for cars, but they don't have a place to pump tires either. Compared to other truck stops, this is the worst. And the stuff they sell is ridiculously expensive. Just use the bathroom and get out.
