Workers are incompetent. Scanned my card for a wash shortly before they closed, sprayed it with bug spray, then couldn't get the car wash to work, sat there for 15 mins on the tracks of the car wash and let that spray dry all over my car. They half ass rinsed it off and told me they were sorry and to back out. I had to ASK about the wash they just scanned my card for. The "manager" said she would go into the computer and refund the wash and I can come back tomorrow. Suddenly my car lurches forward through the wash, only to get stuck halfway through, the blue spinners never cleaned my car. Just a quick spray of some foam, got stuck, started going again to rinse. Came back today for my wash with my obviously still filthy car to be told by the same "manager" that the car wash actually ended up working last night because she watched it on video. Ummm nice try! I recorded myself stuck mid-car wash not moving at all. CLEARLY they were having issues last night but won't admit to it today. I literally just wanted the wash that I paid for. Hire people that actually know how to run a cars wash.

Poorly ran business with underage workers who are careless. They do not take care of the client and the place is messy. I do not recommend.

Machine does a great job and unlimited vacuum use is definitely a plus.

I have been washing my car at all different places in the Reno and sparks my car always looks great after it gets a good washing. Their prices for their monthly car washes are very reasonable also.

Buyer beware. After inputting my credit card, the gate would not open, the attendant did not respond, and I was forced to back out. I was charged but am having trouble receiving a refund.

After driving from Las Vegas where it rained till I got outside of Tonopah I needed a good wash to get the dirt & bugs off. As I was leaving Scheels I looked up a close car wash and this came up. Upon pulling in I was amazed at the prices. $11, $14, $18 & $25. I’m like what, car washes in Vegas start @ $7 & goes up to $20. So I just ended up doing the express @ $11. During the wash I noticed I was moving thru quicker than I’m used to maybe it has to do with the name “Surf Thru”. After the wash I get back to my hotel and notice my windshield had no bugs but you can still see rain marks, the sides of my car was also kinda dirty and my bumper still had bugs all splattered. Only thing came out sparkling were my wheels. I feel as if I wasted $11 as it didn’t do a good job. But all in all, I Won’t be back.

I would give a 0 if I could. Your tires don’t even get washed. Definitely go to a different car wash.

This surf thru location is great! There's hardly ever a line and the vacuums tend to work much better than their other locations. I love the air fresheners too. Great wash and service for as low as $10 bucks is a good deal.

I was in the neighborhood and checked a different Surf Thru location. The insides of the wash are a little different than the one I usually go to South Meadows Parkway in Reno, but it does a similar wash. It's nice to have multiple locations that the membership works at.

I went thru the car wash today as the car was filthy from the recent snow melt on the road. I really like how convenient it is to run thru their car wash, but as usual there's a spot on the hood that always seems to get missed. Also the back of the car never gets clean. Today despite the cars being really dirty the person at the beginning of the tunnel was just using a pressure hose to squirt the car instead of using the brush. I'll continue to use them because it's convenient but don't think that your car is really going to get clean.

$13 car wash and the entire rear end wasn't even touched. The two people at the entrance didn't even use a brush for the front or back of my new Toyota 4Runner, just sprayed with a hose. Terrible experience and will never come here again. Same experience at the Pyramid Hiway car wash, but at least they used brushes on the front and rear.

Been here twice, if you want a fast cheap car wash ($10 so for the cheapest) this is it! Plus there are 2 other levels of washes/ memberships. Bring your own towels and free vacuums.It gets the job done.

Just like most drag-thru car washes, you will have to clean the bugs off the front of your vehicle b4hand because the brushes won't get it done. My F-150 had lots of bugs still attached. My biggest beef with this car wash was was the music played by the staff. I drove up to pay and was greeted with Rap music. Then after the wash, I parked in the vacuum area and had to endure more Rap. What's ironic are the posted signs on every stall post warning "No Loud Music". Unless it's provided by the car wash? Hmmm.

Priced at $10, fast, and cleaned my car well. Will be a regular as long as the price stays at $10.
