Worst Car wash in town. Keep increasing monthly prices and decresing number of washes on share card. My car went inside the car wash and still came out dirty and the guy who is suppose to sprinkle water on the car which is the first step is not doing his job and just busy chatting with other coworker.

This place used to be great but lately you can tell they've been slacking on their car wash. My car does not come out as clean as it used to. They used to have people scrubbing your car before going in but now they lazily spray on your windows. I'm really disappointed since this used to be my go to place and now I'm leaving unsatisfied.

The last few times I’ve gone to this location, half of the hoses for air and vacuuming have been gone. I pay for a monthly subscription and I think it’s ridiculous they can’t get their stuff together. My husband took hi car through and the person who ‘hides’ you in didn’t even help and the track scratched his rim, and no one took responsibility. This place used to be so good when they first opened. They have really gone down hill. So sad. ☹️

My only suggestion is to have an attendant that sprays the car down on both sides instead of one. They used to do this, but the past few months there's only one, so only the drivers side gets sprayed by an attendant.

The car wash is fine. Vacuums are often broken, but there's a lot of them, so you'll be able to find one that works.

Thanks for the text informing me of the new Reno location:
It would be nice if you would take better care of your existing Reno and Sparks locations. They Don't always clean my vehicles well. The Armor-All tire glossers are hit and miss…. Mostly miss. The vacuuming areas are often dirty. One person at the tunnel entrance doesn't do anything. Yesterday’s visit it was just a weak clear water spray; no solution. Vacuums at Pyramid location have poor suction. When I visited yesterday the vac nozzle came off in my hand. It was taped on with electrical tape. I'm personally going to reduce my monthly subscription to Express as the add-ons aren't value-added.

I gave 3 stars for the reason don't provide towels and spray to clean and wipe the cars off after wash...like 99 percent of car washes like this provide all of that for the price that you pay to wash for monthly and one time fees...Trust me just cause you splash water n soap on a car don't mean it's completely clean..And these car washes almost NEVER rinse the soap off anyways...If you can fix that one issue you can be a 5 star review..

Can tell on the last 2 visits,,they have reduced the amount of product application,,very noticeable after your wash is done and you hand dry off the whole vehicle.
