They lie and tell you they want tools, but they'll give u between .10 -.25 for for drummel tools, drills, etc. They are false advertising. DON'T GO HERE!! They lie!

These people don’t deserve a star or anything they are not friendly at at I had a flood at my house and my pawn was do today I called I asked if I can pay In full in two weeks the said nope can’t do that they will take your stuff don’t go here they have no heart or care for anyone stay away from this place

I took a wedding ring to super pawn they offered me 425$, I drove to All American jewelry and loan on Sullivan a couple miles away and walked out with 675$, pretty simple, if you are selling jewelry don't expect a fair price! My first experience with Superpawn and all I can do is compare them to their competition, in my mind 50-100$ difference is expected at any given shop for my ring but a 250$ difference makes you hesitant to trust that you are being treated fairly. Shop around for a competitive price elsewhere, I bet you'll be glad you did!

I was there earlier today to bring in a computer monitor that I called to see if they were taking and was told yes. I wasted my time and gas coming over there, bringing it in while I am now injured on a walker only for the manager to be incompetent and not letting his employees know when things change. They all proceeded to watch me struggle out of the door with the monitor and my walker like they watched me struggle in. This is a sad display of professionalism.

Basically told me I can't sell anything new unopened unless it has a receipt which makes no sense like you want me to open it so you can pay less for it or what because if I had a receipt for something unopened I would just return it for my full amount which circles back to don't go to pawn shops they will unfairly waste your time

I've been using this place a few years now when in a pinch. Even trusted them with my iPad and firearms. Never had an issue. I even call to double check my due dates and they are always helpful.

Unprofessional and rude! Why do pawn shops think everyone's trying to rip them off!? Professional musician who needed a small loan. Brought in a top notch, brand new QSC powered speaker! They had no way of testing it, even though the light came in. Wouldn't give me a loan! Terrible experts two locations!

I've used just about every pawnshop in Reno and have conducted thousands of dollars in business here. Although it's my responsibility to follow my end dates, the new staff here will tell you your loan is ok to renew beyond your date securing the forfeiture of your item, management will then back them up and give you an attitude..but now that I'm looking at the reviews I see I'm not far off base..I will not be using superpawn in the future.

FOR 6 YEARS I HAVE DEALT WITH ALL THE CLERKS AND MANAGEMENT OF THIS LOCATION. MY SON DEALS WITH THEM ALSO . IN THAT TIME I HAVE NEVER BEEN DISAPPOINTED OR MISLED TO BELIEVE ANYTHING OTHER THAN THE FAIRNESS OF THEIR CONTRACTS AND FORTHRIGHT AGREEMENTS. A DATE IS A DATE AND THE BOTTOM LINE IS ALWAYS IN BLACK AND WHITE. A DEAL IS A DEAL, THEY ENJOY GOOD CUSTOMERS.
