They don't answer the phone. They barely speak English. Rooms are old and not very clean. I've stayed here many times As Super 8. It was good then but crap now. And I'm a trucker so not very picky. But it's a truck stop and they got you. Sucks. Don't stay here.

First of all, this is no longer a Super 8. It is now called America's Best Value Inn. Not much "value" compared to other hotels. Plus it was a very slow check in process. Had to wait nearly an hour just to wait for my reservation to pop up on their end. I already received a text from Expedia that my reservation was here, but the front desk agent said it hasn't popped up yet. While waiting, the desk clerk, Tracy, had to let other guests in to their rooms with her master key due to the key machine locked up on her. Plus the clerk just kept leaving the desk and upon returning to the desk, I kept smelling a pot smell. She most definitely should not be front desk. There was literally no customer service skills about her.After sitting for an hour, 5 min on the phone with expedia, finally got checked in. I have never had any kind of issue with expedia before.You know, if they would have just matched expedias price or gave me a better rate, then this issue would never had occurred.

This is by far the worst hotel I've ever been to. We have driven half way across the country and back multiple times, so we have stayed in our fair share of hotels along the way.The first room they put us in was dirty, as in it had not even been cleaned after the previous guest. We told the front desk and they upgraded us to a suite, which was great. They were apologetic.However, we got to the suite and discovered that there was hair on the sheets (although the bed was neatly made), the carpet was filthy (even had bits of food), the bathtub was filthy and there was old food (what looked like leftovers) in the fridge. Also, there was a used coffee pod in the coffee machine, no fresh coffee pods, and no toilet paper. Not one roll.It was absolutely ridiculous and SO GROSS. Spend a little more money on a hotel that has clean rooms.

The first time at this hotel, would not recommend it. The hotel sign was blacked out and the address was missing the number 9 so we passed it as it read 100 instead of 1900. Beds were not comfortable and pool was closed. So disappointed, we head home a day early.

BED BUGS, BED BUGS,BED BUGS!! Its 1:24AM and I discovered bedbugs the hard way. I got real itchy and got up to discover those bike critters on my pillow. It's too late to change hotels but they did change rooms. I have welps on my back and left eyelid was swollen shut I never encountered a bedbug in my life up till now . To add insult to injury. We found someone else's underwear under the mattress in the new room. No I hope to never see that place again and I'm sending all my bills from medical to cleaning to them.

With each day that passes I get angrier and angrier. I spent one restless, sleepless night on sept 18 2021. The bed was old and very uncomfortable. 1 hour into my sleep I started scratching, the next few hours I was tossing and turning and scratching. Finally I said screw this I cannot sleep something is in my bed. I turned on the lights at 4 am to see what's in my bed, sure enough I seen a huge bed bug. And I also seen little tiny ones. They were attacking me for like 4 hours straight. I got up packed my shit told the ladies up front there is bed bugs in my room. And they had no comment. Not even a damn apology. That's so unacceptable. Where was the customer service? I can't stop thinking about this horrible experience me and my wife went thru. And there was No breakfast as stated. Only old coffee from the night before.. The toilets have no flushing power. I called for a plunger and they never brought it to me. So if I were you I would stay away!!

We came to Sparks for one night and this is our first and last time my husband and I would stay here. This place made Motel 6 look like the Marriott!! The girls at arrival were pleasant to speak to Wendy and new gal Cela (in training) however the graveyard girls were not as pleasant Kyra and associate. We expressed to Kyra how we had bed bugs and we didn't sleep all night we showed her pictures as proof and she never ever apologized and her associate never even looked at us when we complained. As far as a continental breakfast included when booking, it was none existent. It's only tea and old coffee. stay at your own risk!!

The staff was very friendly and love the pet friendly policy makes all the difference in the world My only issue is we ordered a no smoking suite and we're told none of the suites were non smoking the cigarette smell was everywhere if your a non smoker may give you a headache like it me But the nice staff and pet policy can go a long way for a little inconvenience Would have opened the windows but was a little smoky outside from the Dixie fire but a nice stay went to rib cook off and was not impressed with the cook off

Total disappointment! I do not know how this motel got 6.8? These reviews completely misled me and it was too late for me to change the place. First, everywhere was smelling cigarette, I and my husband had to finish a bottle of lysol to repress the smell in the room, but it did not work. A kind night watch gave us another disinfection spray. I am an asthma patient, you can guess that how was a difficult night for me. I saw the receptionist who was smoking in another room and not I shall not mention other person who was sitting in front of the window and smoking inside of his room. I do not talk about weird stains on the carpet and bed cover. We paid 155 USD for a room like this on a Saturday night! In short, do not let the dishonest reviews misled you!
