I had an alignment done this week as my car is now over 100,000 miles. Justin and his team were amazing - I received a detailed report including pictures of every individual item they assessed. Sunshine Alignment took the time to evaluate my filters, brakes, tires and more while completing the alignment. The report was emailed to me and also printed with my receipt. The evaluation was also provided in person in a very professional and easy to understand manner directly from Justin upon checkout.
I had the opportunity to wait for my vehicle and the waiting room is excellent. Multiple leather seats are available as well as universal charging ports. I had to bring my children with me due to a school cancellation and they were able to stay occupied without any problems. Sunshine Alignment also provides complimentary snacks and beverages while waiting.
During my wait, I was able to observe the staff discuss multiple other customers evaluations and concerns. They handled every single situation with professionalism and respect. As a young female navigating the car industry, I felt clear honesty from the staff and not taken advantage of. They were upfront when cars were in great shape but also expressed genuine concern for the wellbeing of their customers when repairs were imminently needed.
Overall, I was very impressed with the service I received and will be back.

I experienced a very pleasant and helpful appointment. The staff were very experienced and helpful they answered all of my questions and concerns. I will definitely return for future needs and repairs.You guys will be my go to for any future needs.

We brought our car for a front end alinement they took our car for most of the day, then when we returned they said that our car needs to go to volvo for the alinement that they can't, and charged us 200 $, or so, not happy with the shop.

I hesitated to post this for a couple of weeks but finally decided that I need to be honest about the quality of the service received at Sunshine. I took my Class C RV in for engine oil change and Cummins generator service and oil changes and to fix a non- working taillight on the driver's side. The generator was actually starting and running well when I took it to Sunshine. I left the next day on a cross-country RV trip and the first time I tried to crank the gennie, it was very difficult to start. When it finally did crank, it ran for a few minutes and the just quit. After about 20 minutes, I was able to get it started again, only to have it quit again a few minutes later. I then went out to check the oil level, only to find that the gennie had been seriously overfilled, with oil literally pouring out on the ground as soon as I started to remove the dipstick. I happened to be stopped at a hardware store (a few hundred miles from Sunshine) and had to go inside and buy a turkey baster, which I the used to suction over 1/2 quart of oil from the fill port just to get the level down to within the lines on the dipstick, at which time the gennie could be started again although it still is not running anywhere near as well as it was before taking it to Sunshine for an expensive "service".As for the taillight that I paid to have fixed there, it worked for about 2 days and then stopped working again (still not working), forcing me to drive almost 2K miles to my destination in Indiana reliant upon the taillights on my connected tow vehicle as my only way of safely signalling others of my intent to turn or stop.
So, to summarize, I was and remain extremely dissatisfied with the quality of service received from Sunshine and feel that I have literally thrown away all of the many $$ paid for generator service and taillight repair and that others reading this should know about my experience.

2020 4Runner off road. Needed alignment after noticing uneven wear. Friendly and knowledgeable. They took care of me quickly, costly, and explained to me my toe out and camber issue affecting the inside wear tread. The car feels like a tank now and true as an arrow.
Going to be my go to after the suspension is installed. Make sure to call ahead to book appt in advance!

Service was great. They took great care of my trailer. Sent several texts throughout the day regarding my repairs. Finished the work on time and had my trailer pulled out and ready to tow away. They also gave me a lot of info on my brakes and bearings along with lots of pictures. There should be a 6 for their shop.

I bought a used car from Lithia Hyundai in Reno. The car broke down in less than a week of having it. The dealer said I needed a new transmission and refused to fix the vehicle. They wanted me to pay $7,000. More than I paid for the car.
I made an appt with Sunshine and had the car towed there. Not only did they go above and beyond to help me, they were able to fix the car for less than $1500. They were on top of it! Communication was 10/10 and they explained every step of the process. I cannot express how AMAZING these guys are! Definitely recommend. Thank you again for getting us back on the road.
