This place will try to charge you a different price every single time you go in there. They then proceed to basically call you a liar when you tell them that's not what you paid before. All in front of other customers. Calling someone a liar because you're shady with your prices is bad business and disrespectful. Then the vape won't even work and you can't return it so your out all of your money anyways. DO NOT SHOP HERE. SHADY BUSINESS PRACTICES.

I literally HATE going vape shopping when wanting to try new flavors because there’s so much to look at and I always end up feeling rushed and usually only get a couple disposals that I like and then a couple that I hate but I was pressured into getting…but not here.Sunny’s is hands down the best smoke shop in town and I’ve had great experiences at every location but the Prater location is hands down my favorite. I wish I remember the lady’s name that’s always in there but she has a very beautiful and unique name (starts with an A?) and she’s ammmmmmazing! Never rushes you, is EXTREMELY knowledgeable and actually listens to what you like. They have great deals and I usually get the 6 vapes for $100 and the last couple times that that lady has helped me I’ve walked out with 6 vapes that I love. Thank you!!!

They are selling FAKE brands/products of Delta 9 THC. Many red flags from the packaging alone. Made to look legitimate but if you lookup the real product and compare, you’ll notice a big discrepancy.

I would normally say this place is very reasonable with good customer service. Until they hired a new guy who is always on his phone and is just rude .not helpful at all . Go elsewhere if u can

Sunny's is a name around town but this place definitely has the best customer service. Wide selection as always, definitely a one stop shop for tokers.

I bought a gift for my husband, something he's been pointing out for a little while. I went to buy it and when he opened the gift on Christmas there were pices missing. I had to wait till the store opened after the holidays then I went in and explained to the man there what had happened. He only replaced one missing piece and said he couldn't replace the rest because I bought it too long ago. It was almost 2 weeks since I bought it. I've never had this problem at other locations, didn't think to look to see if something new had everything the box advertised. The way he replaced one of the pieces was by opening a new box and grabbing it from that kit and he put that opened kit back. So the next person to buy that same kit is going to be missing the piece he gave to me. Be careful buying anything that has multiple pieces. Not very satisfied here. I'd rather go to Happy Daze.

I'm giving this location a review and 5 stars because that's where Eric works now and he is an all star when it comes to any questions you might have when it comes to vaping, glass and everything in between. He used to work at the Kietzke location and left for a little while and popped back up at the Prater store! I've found that selection wise and price wise, any of Sunny's stores are a step above the rest and Sunny himself is super helpful and informative. Its so common to encounter impatient and down right annoyed attitudes at smoke shops when you have questions, Sunny will take all the time and patience in the world to explain what you're looking at and to show you.
