This is a terrible company to work with. Not only did they bill me for merchandise that was never received, I've spoken with at least 10 representatives that tell me I will receive a refund, then a partial refund, and now I need to speak with a manager about merchandise that was supposed to be delivered months ago and never received.

This is one of the worst place to do business with. They don’t even know how to handle a simple warehouse everything is old and dusty. They can’t even get their team structure right no has an idea of what there doing and you’re just better off doing business somewhere else.

Had an appointment at 10:00 AM, arrived there at 8:45, got a door immediately, however, very slow loading. Left at 10:57 AM. Not bad, but the shipper guy was rude and unprofessional and the bathroom could be a lot cleaner.

Customer service is hit & miss. If you place an order and any part is out of stock, their follow-up communication is ridiculously poor. You call and wait 15-20 minutes just to speak to a human. The shipping costs are ridiculous! While their items are reasonable in cost, their warehouse is only 20 minutes from me & they GOUGE me there!! I not recommend this company to anyone.

I can’t say enough good things about this company! Prices are excellent, shipping was on time as promised-rare during Covid and especially for such a heavy order-and the customer service is second to none. I thought this site was too good to be true with the prices being sometimes half if not more of some other places online, but I was pleasantly surprised. Highly recommend!

Coming here as a truck driver, these people have no friendly atmosphere. They will not go out of their way to load or unload a truck in a timely matter. They need to wakeup and realize that drivers provide them a service too. They will not make money without a driver taking their freight to the customers.
