BEST smoke shop in the whole area!! I drive from Fernley specifically to get my vapes here. The experience has always been, seriously so great! I am always greeted warmly by the guys working there, the prices are unbeatable and the fantastic service makes my day!

This review would have zero stars if it could.I’ve come to this store for years for misc. reasons, but specially for the 2 for 40$ vapes. I get one for myself & one for my wife, every few days, and I only bring my business here. I had an issue with one that tasted burnt out when I got it home to my wife, and all the owner would do is give me 3$ off my next one. Fast forward to now, since last Friday I’ve purchased 3 vapes all not working. & although they lead you to believe that if you try it in the store, if it doesn’t work they will exchange it.. that’s a LIE. This man really said, maybe if you have an issue you should call the manufacturer? They think just because you blow the smoke out, that it’s working fine and doesn’t warrant an exchange. The coil is burnt out!! The products are faulty!! I don’t want no hand outs or freebies I just want the product I’m buying for almost $25 to WORK. & if it doesn’t, swap it. Not even asking for my money back just a working product. The owner will laugh in your face and could care less about your business.. so maybe word of mouth will step on their pockets a little just like they did mine. They treated me like I’m incompetent and delusional.. . It’s truly disappointing.

The only reason there one star is because the brothers are really good at what they do, and that's bad business. Bought a torch and two cans of butane last night. Total price $18.00. Went home, went to bed, woke up and the torch didn't work. Filled it, didn't work. Took it back, for an exchange, no way, you walk out. No refund no exchange, why? BBecause Everyone is apparently a criminal
