As usual, Cindy my stylist delivered the cut I have come to expect from her. She always listens and makes any necessary adjustments, if needed. We always have good conversations as well, as she takes an interest in what's going on with me and my family, as well as me with hers. I always enjoy our brief time together, but I always leave satisfied with her work.

Hands down the best cut ive had in Reno. Cindy is amazing at her job. Phenomenal hair cut and a great conversation to go with it. She took her time and made sure everything was perfect.

Forgot who we requested. I read reviews and request a name of a girl that people referenced was good. She took her time and tried to follow what was requested. Haircut was for my 17yr old son who is very picky. He was happy

I booked an online appointment, showed up, and I was waiting about 10 minutes when another walking person was seen before me. And the other ladies were just their not doing nothing. I was in the waiting area on a Wednesday afternoon with no other person, other than me and the workers, and it took another 15 minutes before the call me. The lady who cut my hair had little to no experience that another stylist had to jump in and assist her, and I was not pleased with the service ?

I spent half an hour online with my reluctant 5-year-old grandson trying to find a haircut that would be acceptable to him and his parents. He was very specific about what he wanted.
Our stylist was Lisseth. The result far exceeded all of our hopes, especially his. I asked him three times in different ways if he liked it because I knew we would be asked afterwards what we thought of it.
He has strong opinions and doesn't care about other people's feelings. I care, but not enough to lie or sugar-coat. Truth matters.
I was thrilled! My grandson was very happy and proud! He looked good and he knew it. I would have given Lisseth a hundred percent tip but I only had $24.
We have her business card and future appointments will be with her specifically.
