Saying Gian went above and beyond for me doesn't nearly cover it. With knowledge and experience built for assisting corporations- I was treated with down to earth kindness, courtesy and professionalism.My amazing computer was freezing, turning itself off and going into hibernation randomly.I never thought that I could get my computer back, and to replace it would be costly. I expected improvements, but not a whole lot being my computer is older.My computer runs like it's fresh out the box. It made me teary-eyed to realize again, why I called my computer "amazing ". I am eternally grateful. I will never go anywhere else, if I have a computer concern.5 stars isn't high enough!

In early 2020, we made a hesitant transition from our long-time IT guy to Gian at Spiderweb Computers. We could not be happier with this change. Gian is exceeding our expectations with his performance and responsiveness. I'd fully recommend him but I am worried he might get too busy for us, we want him to ourselves.

My wife's computer crashed during a windows update. Spiderweb got the computer about 2 pm and had recovered the documents, pictures, music and reinstalled windows by 6 pm the same day. And the price was about one third of that quoted by the Geek Squad. Quick, professional and reasonably priced. The man isn't just good, he's damn good!
